Established in the year 2007 and covering a total area of 15 acres, BK Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology is a private body affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University. The institute was founded by Krishnarpan Charity Trust. The institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi and offers both under graduate and post graduate courses to its students.

The college offers post graduate program in the field of computer applications.
The institute also organises International Exchange Programs for students and the staff both. The campus with modern infrastructure offers various facilities to its students such as Wi-Fi campus, labs, library, spacious classrooms, hostels etc. Admission to the institute is granted strictly on merit basis.

Admission Procedure
Various entrance tests are conducted by the institute. The candidate must qualify the examination to get him/her enrolled in the B K Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology
There are courses where the candidate doesn’t need to sit for any entrance examination. In that case, admission is done strictly on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination. Like for example, for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a merit list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in higher secondary examination.
