Aggarwal College Ballabgarh was established in 1971, with the sole mission to make accessible affordable quality higher education to students of rural areas,affiliated to M.D. University, Rohtak and aided by Government of Haryana, is included under section 2(f) and 12(B) of UGC. The college is being run by a progressive parent body Aggarwal Vidya Pracharni Sabha (Regd.) which is committed to provide quality education to the young generation.

The college has an English Language Lab with modern software. There are 136 faculty members out of which 26 are working against sanctioned posts. There are 75 classrooms in three Wings, 12 Computer Labs having more than 500 personal computers and a separate Library in each Wing.
