Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) is one of the premier public type of colleges which was established in the year 1926 by Lala Shri Ram for granting under graduate as well as post graduate degrees to the students.
It is affiliated to the University of Delhi and has been accredited and approved by the NAAC, UGC and AICTE. The college has been accredited with an A+ grade by the NAAC team.
It is located in the North Campus of the Delhi University and covers 17 acres of land for the educational and recreational activities of the students. It is one of the leading commerce and economics college in the country. It is renowned for its ‘100 percent cut-off’ for undergraduate courses.

How to Apply?
The Application procedure for all courses is common. The candidates need to apply through a centralized Application system.
Follow the below mentioned procedure-
- First go to the Registration web portal. Click on the New User Sing up segment/tab and the registration form will be open.
- Fill up the details like contact no, email ID, Username, password etc. After that you need to verify their account by clicking the link received on your email ID.
- Log in to your admission portal by entering their login credentials. After that, you need to fill up the application form very carefully as it has multiple sections. After filling up the form click on the "Save" option or you can edit it by clicking that option.
- Then you need to upload the required documents such as self-attested copy of 10th certificate, and mark sheets, signature, recent photograph, category certificate etc.
- The last step is to pay the online registration fee through various mode such as Net banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
NOTE- Take a printout of the form by clicking "Print Form" option and keep it safely for future reference.

The candidates need to download their admit card from Admission portal.
Admission procedure:
The college strictly follows the admission schedules of Delhi University. For some courses like BA in Economics, B.Com, the candidates need not sit for any entrance test but before applying for these courses you need to clear cut off marks.
For M.Com, MA in Economics, and PG Diploma in Global Business Operation course the college conducts its own entrance exam.

The college has two separate buildings for boys’ and girls’ hostel with a limited number of admissions. Students are required to fill a separate hostel admission form along with the necessary documents. After the due submission of all the admission forms, students are short-listed on merit basis, who then appear for Interview/Counseling along with their parents and guardian before the admission committee. Finally, a list of selected students is released. Only those students who do not belong to the Delhi-NCR region are eligible to apply for hostel accommodation. Both the hostels have twin type (two in one room), well-furnished sharing rooms and also provide some facilities like mess, common-room and Wifi. It also provides external laundry services as well as washing machine for self cleaning. The hostel residents can also take the advantage of the BHCU (Basic Health Care Unit) medical facility.

Eligibility:

The Admission Test is usually conducted on Sunday in the month of January. The results of Admission Test are declared in the month of February after the written test. Limited numbers of candidates, on the basis of merit, are invited for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI). The GDPI is conducted somewhere in the month of March/April after the written test. The candidates for admission are finally selected on the basis of merit. Remarks
They all are very helpful and friendly.Always help us in terms of studies.It is very fun to be on the campus.All the classrooms are A/C and modern teaching techniques are practiced. Teachers help was tremendous.They always motivate us to focus on study and reach our goal.The reason why I choose this college to pursue MBA was only for the teaching faculty. Proper ventilation and lighting facility in the classroom.

I do not belong to a very rich family and even for me the fee was affordable. Also the college offers scholarships to deserving students.

The placement cell t IBMT provides an interface between students and industry by providing assistance to students for industry internships and final placements. Students are closely involved in the activities of placements.
Hostel and Facilities
The hostel facility is provided by the college with seperate boys and girls hostel. The hostel have spacious rooms with regualr clearning as well as the has all the basic facilities that should be provided in a hostel. The fee of the hostel hostel is cheap when compared to PG's and i can tell that as i have lived in both of them and there are a lot of misc expenses in the PG which are not present in the hostel
Alumni
The alumni network of the college is pretty strong. They have students in whole country. I also got an opportunity to meet some of them and they were very supportive and guided me through what career options i have in front of me
Faculty
The faculty of the college is the best i could have asked for. Teachers here are very caring and treat you just like their own child literally
Campus Life
The ratio between boys and girls are equal in our college.Many Students outside of our country also come for pursuing this short term course.So on our college campus, every type of Students are available.And all of them have a very good unity.We are provided with every kind of facilities.We do not have to go outside for our daily needs.
Academics
Marks are also allotted in class tests, sessional tests etc by the concerned teachers.Total marks in the final exams are 100.Questions asked in papers asked are subjective and objective both.A gap of 2 days between each exam.

Internship training is given in our college. The Internship and placement division owns responsibility for providing summer Internship programs for various companies to every student.There are various Internship courses. Summer Internships spread over week Internship is mandatory for all the students.

Various scholarships announced for every student.Our college offers loans/scholarships to each of the students from different banks.

SRCC has designed its course in an efficient manner everybody has opportunity to go in any management field after completion because they have included all possible management aspects in the curriculum like HR, Marketing, Accounts, Operations, Consultancy
Entrance Exam
I took college has its own test for admission to GBO programme. I opted for the same because of its name and the renowned placements one more reason was its lowest fee for the programme. I went through 3 stages: written, Group Discussion & Interview.
Fees
I have paid around Rs 55,000 for the whole semester. The fee is the cheapest I think. Also once you graduate the value of the brand counts and nothing else.
Placements
Almost all the students got the job offer main recruiters were hotel Taj, Accenture, Wipro, And many other consultancy firms packages: Packages varied from 6-12 lacs.
Hostel and Facilities
Was never in the hostel but yes canteen was good to have food there and all other products near by were very good to have a great maggi vale bhaiya. I cannot recount any bad experience here.

The alumni network of the college is pretty strong. They have students in whole country. I also got an opportunity to meet some of them and they were very supportive and guided me through what career options i have in front of me.

The faculty of the college is the best i could have asked for. All of them have masters from top universities in the country and some even have it from abroad. Some also have PHD in their respective field.

The campus life of the college is great. It provides a lot of opportunities to showcase your hidden talent. Moreover there are events going about in different fields and the management also encourages you to participate in them actively.
Academics
The structure of the exam is a bit hectic but I am sure if you study from the starting only then it wont be a big issue for you. The college follows the semester system and there are 2 semester every year.
Internships
I went to a telecom company for Internship and was paid around Rs 35k per month as stipend. I got it internship easily i got my internship in an efficient manner and it was an awesome experience.
