The International Institute of Management studies is a leading management college established by Sri Balaji Education Society in Pune. It offers the 2-year PGDM course.

How to apply?

The application form may be submitted online or offline, both. The application form and prospectus can be obtained from the Institute by paying Rs. 1400. It can also be downloaded from the following link: http://iimspune.edu.in/pdf/PGDM_form.pdf.

The application form can be filled online at http://forms.iimspune.edu.in/iimspune0313 and the amount can be paid via debit card, credit card or net banking. The candidate may choose to make the payment by sending a DD of Rs. 1400 in favour of “International Institute of Management Studies” payable at Pune. The documents to be submitted along with the application form are copies of the marksheets of class 10, 12, graduation and the scorecard in any of the following entrance exams: MAT/CAT/CMAT/ATMA.

Admission Procedure

The candidate is required to appear for one of the following entrance exams: CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT. Once the scores and all other required documents are submitted with the application form, the candidates will have to go through a screening procedure which comprises of a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Selection is done after considering performance in the entrance exam, group discussion, personal interview, past academic record and work experience. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission into the university, the candidate is required to have graduated from any recognized university with a minimum of 60% in any discipline which is a full-time course. If the candidate is in his final year, provisional admission is given on the condition that all the required documents will be submitted before commencement of the term. The candidates should have also appeared for one of the following entrance exams: CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT.

Campus Facilities(i.e. Infrastructure)

The Institute is located near the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Pune. It is spread across a vast campus of 4 to 5 acres and provides state-of-the-art facilities to the students. The classrooms are spacious and have audio visual aids. Other than this, the campus also comprises of a library, reading hall, conference rooms and auditorium. The entire campus is Wi-fi enabled and therefore provides 24x7 internet connectivity.

Hostel

The students are mandatorily required to avail the hostel facility and reside on the campus. Hostel facility is available to both girls and boys. It has all the necessary facilities like a 24 hour internet connection, laundry and housekeeping service, etc.

The Corporate Relations and Placement Department of the Institute plays an important role in training and preparing the students of the Institute for placements in leading corporates. Student Life

The Institute comprises of an extremely active student body that has formed a number of student clubs and organizations. They organize a number of leadership programs and have a strong student union which ensures that the students’ interests are not harmed and that they have the power to raise their voice. Some of the events organized during the year are Vista , the inter-college management cultural fest, Manthan, Fresher’s Party, seminars and sports events.

Fee Structure

The fee payable for the course is Rs. 2,70,000 per annum. Therefore, the tuition fee for the entire course is Rs. 5,40,000. This is not inclusive of the hostel fee which is Rs. 45000 per annum.
