was founded by Aditya Education group in 2010 at Bangalore. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). The campus is spread across a 17 acre campus surrounded by greenery and serene beauty. It is AICTE approved.

It offers admissions to the following courses in Bachelor of Engineering through COMED K:

Admission in BTI is also done through reserved seats for management quota and CET quota. The campus provides series of facilities such as library, hostels, transport facilities, food court and art center.

To help the students excel in their placements, the college organizes various workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions for its final and pre-final year students. Top placement companies include Accenture, Amazon, Dell, Just Dial, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Unilever, Sony etc.

Application and Admission Procedure

How to apply:

The institute offers the following courses in Bachelors of Engineering ( BE ) stream: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Civil Engineering.

Students can apply to the aforementioned courses through the offline method:

Offline Mode: A downloadable form is available on the official website of the institute. Students are required to take a printout. Affix a passport size photograph in the relevant space. They should choose one stream of Engineering from these options: CV, CS, EC ME. Then they must proceed to fill the personal details, Examination qualifications, Declaration and Undertaking. The following documents are to be submitted along with the form at the admission branch of the institute:

• 10 passport size photographs
• 10 stamp size photographs
• 12th, PUC, ICSE, CBSE Marksheets (original and 3 photocopies)
• SSLC Marksheet (original and 3 photocopies)
• Transfer certificate, Caste certificate and Migration certificate (original and 3 photocopies)

Admission procedure:

The students who wish to apply for the course should have passed from Science stream in intermediate. The selection procedure is merit based.

The aggregate marks required for the courses are 45% for General category and 40% for SC/ST category in total of three subjects with Physics/Maths as compulsory subjects, and one should be from Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer science/ Electronics.

The marks of CET/ COMED-K/ AIEEE exams are considered by the institute.

Foreign students and NRIs can also apply to the BE courses.

There are 2 boys’ hostels and 1 girls’ hostel with all necessary facilities. Warden and Dean stay in the campus. 3 seater fully furnished rooms are available.

• Library: With a collection of over 14500 books covering all streams, the library of BTIB is one of a kind. The students are immensely benefitted from the study environment in the library.
• Laboratory: All the departments of BTIB have well-equipped laboratories and the students can perform their lab-activities easily and comfortably.
• Auditorium: In BTIB, there is an auditorium, having 250 seat capacity along with air-conditioning and audio-visual facilities.
