The college was established in the year 2001 by Shri Loyola Model Education Society and G.T Educational Society. The college is an autonomous institute and is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. The college is spread across a land area of 54 acres.

The college aims in providing knowledge to the students and enhancing their technical skills. It commits to the society to build great skill in the youth of the country so that they can five better future results.

HOW TO APPLY?

Candidates are eligible for admission at Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad if they clear Class 12^th examination with minimum 50% with mandatory subjects like physics, mathematics, chemistry or Biology or biotechnology.The candidates must apply online for the entrance examination.

ONLINE APPLICATION

The application form will be available online on the official website of the institute or the official website of the examination.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED

While filling the application form the candidates have to upload documents like the recent photograph, signature passing certificate and marksheet of 10th and 12^th.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The candidates have to register the online application form which will consist of filling their details and uploading their photograph and signature with payment of the application fees either online or at the e-sevacentres in Andhra Pradesh.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Candidates who seek admission in Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology (SICET) have to qualify for the engineering agricultural and medical common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh. Once the examination is done the selected students based on the rank obtained in the entrance test are called for counselling and further admission process.

Affiliated to JNTH and located in Hyderabad, Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology provides various facilities to the students.

Other Facilities

The college has a total of 22 buses transporting the students from Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The bus facility has a very nominal charge and is quite comfortable for the students as well as the faculty members.

It has a spacious ‘state-of-the-art’ library with over 36000 books and reference books. The college also provides a digital library with 30 computers having high speed internet connectivity.

It also has an auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 300 persons. Apart from that, each department has its own seminar hall to host expert talks, counselling sessions and seminars for the students.

Special attention is paid towards indoor and outdoor sports activities of the students by providing them with well-maintained courts.
