TKM College of Engineering (TKMCE), Kollam was established in 1956 is a part of TKM Institutions. It has the unique distinction of being the first engineering college in the private sector in Kerala. . The college is affiliated to Kerala University, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and aided by government of Kerala. The TKM College of Engineering has been at the forefront of Engineering education in the state for the past five decades. It has contributed over ten thousand brilliant engineers, many of whom are stalwarts in their fields across the world.
