Priyadarshini Institute of Engineering and technology is an unaided private technical institute which came into existence in 1990. Previously it was known as Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Architecture. It has been recognized by AICTE, NBC, Nagpur University etc. At present, it has 268 academic staffs.

This institution is situated in a hilly region of Digdoh Hill, Nagpur. The college campus is spread over across 72 acres land and surrounded by a beautiful landscape.

It provides hostel facilities along with mess to all students. Besides that, it has a swimming pool, auditorium, Café Coffee shop, computer centre, labs and library etc within the campus. It also has an ATM.

The college offers various sports facilities to its students such as basketball, soccer, cricket, volleyball, badminton etc. It has tied up with various organizations such as National Institute of Miners Health, Indian Navy, Sify etc.

This technical institute offers BTech and MTech in several engineering branches like Civil, Mechanical, Electronics etc. It also provides MCA and MBA programmes.

MHT CET is the gate pass for getting admission into all courses offered by this college.

The campus of the institute has all the modern facilities; the laboratories of every department have all the necessary equipments.

The institute has a huge library, which has books from all the departments. There are reading rooms for the students.

There are different cells and centres, like Innovation Club, Patent Cell, and Incubation Centre etc. The institute also organises different workshops and seminars for the students, and for this an auditorium hall and seminar hall is allotted.

Foreign languages are also taught in the institute. Organizations like NSS, Rotary club and Goonj are a part of the institute. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Oracle, Dell, Mahindra and more.
