Remarks

The institute is one of the best in the country. The curriculum of the course is very well structured and students not only get a degree but also learn more about the individual qualities and teamwork. There is a lot of exposure and numerous opportunities to learn new things and excel on the existing skills.

Entrance Exam

The admission is based on any major management entrance test like CAT, MAT, cmat etc. I gave the cat exam and scored around 84 percentile. I was eligible to apply can applied as this college is one of the best and the faculty here is top notch. Also, the batch size is average therefore there is higher chance of student-teacher interaction.

Fees

The fee charged is very average as compared to the fee for the MBA charged by other colleges and the placement this college provides. The fee is around Rs 8,00,000 for the whole course. This is just the tuition fee. For students who want the hotel room have to pay 1-1.5 lakh additional, depending on the type of room i.e shared or individual. Bus facility is also provided at a cost of around rs 35,000.

Placements

The institute has close to a 100% placement though around around 80% actually get placed and others either start their own venture or go for higher education. It also has a placement cell which ensures a healthy relationship btw the companies and the students. The average package is around Rs 6.5 lakhs and some of the top companies are deloitte, amazon, federal back, itc.

Hostel and Facilities

The institute has a very luxurious hostel with facilities such as wifi, attached bathroom, wardrobe, study tables, water purifier and more. The rooms are provided in two variants i.e shared and single. The fee for the shared ones is around 1 lakh and the single ones cost around 1.5 lakhs. The food of the mess is also great.

Alumni

The bond btw the senor junior is one of the strengths of the institute. The alumni meet happens regularly and we can interact with them and also get through various networks which is useful for us once we graduate. The seniors are very helpful and there is no ragging. They halp us in our academic difficulties as well as encourage us in extra curricular activities.

Faculty

The faculty of the institute is one of the main reasons for which I took admission. The faculty is very helpful and cooperative. They go out of their way to teach us important concepts. They are updated with the current market scenarios and use them in teaching us. Almost all of them have their phd’s in their respective area of students.

Campus Life

The campus life at IPE is something which I cherish the most. There is no discrimination on any ground. All of us live like a big family always supporting and helping other. The college also keeps in organizing events and competition to let go the academic pressure. There are various courts like basketball, volleyball as well as indoor game facilities. It even has a gym.

Academics

Internships

The college offers internship opportunities with a number of companies. Internships are a great way to unlearn all the things practically which you have studied in the class. The stipend varies as per the company usually it is around 5010k but some of them do not provide it too.

Loans and Scholarships

The college has tie ups with a number of banks for providing education loans,. In fact you can easily contact the bank the campus itself during admission. The interest rate is also less than the market rate there. Scholarships upto rs 1,00,000 are also provided to the students based on their academic performace.

Remarks

the colleges in great as well as they have a great classes. The management is very understanding and all where is suggestion box where students can drop their comments and most of them are taken seriously by the management.

Entrance Exam

I got admitted into the course based on school marks and I scored around 80 percentage. I chose this college are still some other top colleges in the country and at home and put this was the best compatibility could find.

Fees

The fee of the college is moderate it is around 70k lacs per annum. And pay is a bit more as compared to other private colleges of shimla i think.

Placements

placement cell of the college brought along a lot company that in during the placement season. The package that what was also got there is back it was around 5 to 7 lacs stop some of the top recruiting companies microsoft, google, flipkart etc.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel is provided to students. The menu both veg and non veg and non veg specific deserve on wednesdays. There is also hostel party every once in a while. The rooms have good space and the fee that i paid for hostel was around Rs 30000 year.

Faculty

Faculty is very discipline. Sometimes they are hard on foods and out somewhere send you also. Most of them are very educated and have the relevant industry exposure as well. Their constantly come with new ideologies which makes the classes interesting.

Campus Life

Lifestyle was great and i had so much of fun as well as the college made me a bit more responsible person. And get a lot of friends and enjoyed their company a lot. There were a few international students as well with whom you get to interact and learn more about the culture practices. There labs are top notch labs in every department. There is hardly any political activity.

Academics

Exam structured exams chill out. Exams are connected on time and as well as assignments are also given regularly which makes you ready for exams bit by bit.

Internships

Yes colleges offers internship opportunity. There was a lot of companies and the stipend ranged from Rs 5000 to 15000. Internship are very important part and student should try to get them as much as possible.

Loans and Scholarships

The college provides scholarship facilities to reserved categories as well as to those who do not have strong for financial background. Other than that students who scored great at entrance test are also provided scholarship for the 1st semester. For getting the scholarship continuously they have to work towards in minimum cgpa.
