Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences is a private university located in Himachal Pradesh. Established in 2009, Shoolini University has become a cornerstone for young learners who seek a holistic outlook in their search for knowledge.

The University offers 19 UG programs, 21 PG Programs, 10 Ph.D Programs, 7 M.Phil Programs and 10 Dual-degree programs.

The university has a 25% reservation for the students residing in Himachal Pradesh.

How to Apply

• The prospectus is available at the campus and the students can also obtain the prospectus via posts or download it from the website of the university. All the detailed information about the admission process is available in the prospectus.
• After gaining a better insight of the information, the candidates need to fill the application form with all the personal and the academic qualifications.
• After filling of the details, the candidates need to attach the scanned photos and required documents to the form to complete it. The scanned copies of academic certificates, detailed mark sheets, testimonials and three passport size photographs with the form must be attached.
• The next step is to make the payment which can be made in the form of cash, cheque or demand draft of 800INR which will be in the favor of Shoolini University and will be payable at Solan. Apart from this the candidate can also apply online on the official portal of the website.
• Now, the printout of the application form must be downloaded.

Note- 25% seats are reserved for students belonging to Himachal Pradesh.

The Campus is always buzzing with activities and events organized by the student-run clubs and societies which include varied activities like music, dance, entrepreneurship, cooking, hiking & trekking and photography. The Student activity centre takes care of the physical well being of the students by organizing regular aerobics and fitness sessions.

The University has a dedicated department for the Biotechnology and business courses. It also has well constructed and highly advanced research laboratories which include the Food Technology Lab, Bioengineering Lab, Microbiology lab, Animal Biotechnology lab and many more.

There are 5 hostel buildings for girls which can accommodate around 1000 students and 4 buildings for boys, housing 800 students, and various facilities include guest rooms, recreational activities and full day internet access.

The Sports complex of the college comprises of both indoor and outdoor games with the basic amenities for leisure playing and getting trained in table tennis, basketball, Gymnasium, and Volleyball.

Moreover, the college also runs a student-managed mountaineering association that conducts regular trekking expeditions.
