Application and Admission Procedure

How to apply-

To apply to this university one has to take either UNI-GAUGE or COMEDK or both according to applicants course choice. The application can be submitted online as follows-

• Register at www.unigauge.com
• Fill in the general instructions such as Email ID, phone number etc and submit
• Login using the login ID and password sent to your registered mail
• Fill in personal and academic details
• Upload your photo and signature, father’s signature and ID proof
• Pay fee of Rs. 1300/-(UNI-GAUGE) or 1600/-(COMEDK) or 2000/-(both) via net banking/credit card/debit card.

Admission procedure-

Below is a step by step explanation of the admission procedure which the candidate must follow-

• Regularly check your account and download the ticket when available.
• Appear for the examination. The score cards will be available on the official site.
• Download the card and apply in the participating institutions of your interest.
• Merit list for each institution will be displayed separately and seats will be allotted accordingly, applicants must pay the fees and confirm their respective seats.

Campus Facilities

The total area of the campus is 30.7 acre. The campus provides many facilities like learning resource centre, sports facility, gymnasium, auditorium, food joints, hostel, ATM, medical facility, and convenience stores.

Hostel

1. Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls. Girls’ hostel has 280 rooms and boys’ hostel has 650 rooms.
2. Facilities like water purifying system (RO), gymnasium, TV room, indoor games, yoga classes, and Wi-Fi are provided in the hostel.
3. Hostel accommodation is available to all students.
4. Scholarships are offered to the students on the basis of marks received by them.

Student Life

1. Various Clubs on the campus- The Institute has various clubs including- National Cadet Corp Club, E-Cell “Decoller”, Toastmaster’s Club, Vivekananda Social Services Association, Foreign Languages Club, Art Brook, Green Roots, Chestha, etc.
