Padmabhooshan Vasantraodada Patil Institute of Technology (PVPIT), Budhgaon was established in 1983. It was established by late Shri. Padmabhooshan Vasantraodada Patil is sponsored and run by Vasantdada Shetkari Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd, Sangli. College is affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolapur. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New-Delhi and recognized by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai. The main objective of the college is to develop and maintain state of art educational practices. College aims to create highest standards of education with noble values of ethics, morality, integrity and humanity.
