Shivaji College of Engineering and Technology, Kanyakumari is established under sponsorship of the Panicket Memorial Charitable Trust in order to impart technical education to talented young minds to take up challenging roles. College offers 5 undergraduate and 6 postgraduate engineering courses.

Sivaji College of Engineering & Technology belongs to Prof.V. Jagannatha Panicker Memorial Charitable Trust. The trust has been founded by Mr. Sivaji Jaganathan, Managing Trustee and Chairman of the College in remembrance of his beloved father Prof. V. Jagannatha Panicker.
