The Kushagra Institute of Information Management Science (KIIMS), Cuttack, is a private joint venture established by the Bhagat Education and Research Trust (BERT) and Padhee’s Tutorial Private Limited (PTPL) in 1999, located in Cuttack, Orissa. It is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology, and has been approved by the AICTE.

The institution offers specializes in two courses, a full-time MBA and a full-time MCA.

Admission to the MBA and MCA programs is granted on the basis of the applicant’s Bachelor’s degree as well as scoring on the CAT/MAT exams and the OJEE exam conducted by BPUT respectively.

KIIMS is located on a campus spread out across 10 acres of land between the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, and includes facilities such as hostels for men and women, state-of-the-art computer labs, an ultra-modern digital communicative lab, well-equipped digital library, canteen, as well as health and sports amenities.

Application and Admission Procedure

Kushagra Institute of Information Management Science, Cuttak offers MBA as well as MCA courses. The admission to all the courses offered by the institute is done on the basis of the score obtained in Orissa Joint Entrance Examination (O-JEE) conducted by BPUT.

A strict JEE counselling session followed by the examination helps in choosing the candidates merit wise along with their rank taken into consideration. Eligibility is also provided to the students qualifying national level examination such as CAT/MAT/XAT etc. for MBA.

Apart from this, a certain minimum qualification is required for getting admission to the desired stream. For MBA, the student must have a 3 years Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university and the same is for MCA only with the exception that the student should also possess mathematics and Statistics in their 10+2 level as well as in college.

Hostel

The University has separatehostels for both boys and girls. They are fully WiFi enabled. The hostel also has a common dining hall for the students.
