It was a red letter day in the history of XIME when the foundation stone for the new campus of XIME was laid at Kinfra Park, Kochi on November 12, 2011. The Chief Minister unveiled the foundation stone along with a number of Ministers and distinguished guests. Many eminent persons from the industry and academia made the occasion memorable. He expressed his hope that XIME Kochi would contribute high value to the higher education scene in Kerala. XIME Kochi could also be a model and inspiration for others to come up with high quality higher education.
The new campus was inaugurated on December 2, 2012 by the Chief Minister of Kerala -Shri Oomen Chandy himself which was double honor to us. Professor J Philips, President of XIME, Bangalore says, “We are expanding our base to reach out to more people and offer them quality management programmes. Our new campus is in Kochi, which is emerging as a hub of management education over the last few years.” It is expected that XIME Kochi will start offering management programmes from this academic year.
XIME enters Kerala with two decades of high quality professional experience in Bangalore and a strong brand image. It will be modelled on the basic tenets of XIME Bangalore, covering the following activities:
MBA equivalent PGDM programme with a high global orientation. AICTE recognition has been sought.
