Rosary College of Commerce & Arts, Goa was established in 1999 and has been managed by Diocesan Society of Education. The college is reaccredited by NAAC with A grade and Rosary College of Commerce & Arts is a minority institution. The Goa University granted affiliation for Commerce Faculty in June 1990 and affiliated for Arts Faculty in May 1991. The mission of the institute is to empower young women and men, especially the underprivileged as responsive citizens through holistic education and the vision of the institute is an educative community marked by justice, co-operation and integrity.
The objectives of the institute are to sensitize the students to the needs of the community with a special focus on minority and underprivileged sections of the society and to empower students with the necessary skills so as to enable them to play an active role in national development and to become globally competent.
