Maharaja Agrasen Shiksha Samiti (Regd.), Bareilly is a charitable trust of socially dedicated trustees. On 4th February, 1995 Maharaja Agrasen Shiksha Samiti laid down the foundation stone of Maharaja Agrasen Mahavidyalaya at 11th Km milestone on Bareilly-Lucknow NH-24 highway. Maharaja Agrasen Mahavidyalaya started imparting education in 1998 with students of B.Sc. classes. After the continuous efforts of the faculty, staff and able guidance of members of Maharaja Agrasen Shiksha Samiti, College has evolved as one of the premier centre of higher education of Bareilly city comprising more than 1500 students getting education in Science, Commerce, Education, Computers and Management streams. In 2009, Maharaja Agrasen Shiksha Samiti started another institute Maharaja Agrasen Mahavidyalaya Institute of Management to cater the quality education in postgraduate classes of Business Administration (MBA) affiliated to Utter Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
