Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering and Technology has been in the field of education for more than a decade. The college is situated in Mamallapuram, Tamil Nadu and has been approved by the AICTE, New Delhi.

The Institution comes under the affiliation of the Anna University, Tamil Nadu and has been accredited by the NAAC with an ‘A’ grade.

Spread across an area of 50 acres campus with health center, gymnasium, hostel along with eco-friendly amenities such as the water plant, and the biogas plant.

• B.Tech- B.E – CSE, ECE, EEE, IT, Mechanical, Civil and Aeronautical Engineering

The UG Admissions are based on the counseling process conducted by the Anna University while the score of GATE is required for M.Tech and TANCET for M.B.A.

The candidate must go to the college’s official website and download the application form directly from there. After filling in all the relevant details and attaching all the relevant documents, the application must be sent to or submitted at the college campus.

Admission Procedure

Admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses is granted on the basis of merit (10+2 marks and/or Bachelor’s degree), as well as the candidate’s scoring/rank in the entrance exam required for the course; TNEA for BE and B.Tech courses, TANCET/CET/MAT for the MBA program, TANCET/CET/GATE for ME and M.Tech programs, and TANCET/CET for MCA.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel

The college provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls respectively, accommodating more than 1000 students every year.

One block is provided for boys, accommodating more than 650 students. Additional facilities provided include a separate library, reading rooms and shuttle courts.

A separate hostel is provided for women and accommodates more than 400 students. Additional facilities provided include shuttle courts and tennis tables.

Mess facilities are also available, providing healthy and hygienic food served in dining halls that can accommodate more than 400 students at a time.

Physical fitness is prioritized as well, as the hostel is also equipped with a state-of-the-art gym especially catering to the male students.

The DSCET campus is located in the historic town of Mamallapuram and provides the students with facilities such as state-of-the-art laboratories, a well-equipped library, a computer center, seminar halls, smart classrooms, a canteen for all students, a well-equipped gym, a health center, transport facilities, and is fully Wi-Fi enabled.
