Malla Reddy Institute of Technology and Sciences (MRITS) is a private college that was established in 2005 in the city of Secunderabad, Telangana. It is affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, approved by the AICTE and the UGC, and accredited by the NBA and the ISO. The institution is sponsored by the Malla Reddy Educational Society.

The Institute offers B. Tech courses at the undergraduate level, and M. Tech and MBA programs at the postgraduate level.

The campus is spread out over approximately 23,000 sq. m. and possesses state-of-the-art laboratories, a well-equipped library, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, hostels for men and women, and Wi-Fi access.

The admission into UG programs is on the basis of merit marks scored in Class 12^th and scores in the TS-EAMCET Entrance Test conducted by JNTU. Admission into PG programs is based on the applicant’s Bachelor’s degreeand scores in the TS-PGECET Exam conducted by Osmania University.

Application and Admission Procedure

How to apply?

To be eligible for the UG programme, the candidates have to obtain a minimum pass percentage in intermediate with Maths, Physics and Chemistry as domain subjects and for the PG programme, a minimum pass percentage in their respective UG course.

The application process is as follows:

Online mode

The candidates can download the application form online from the institute’s official website and take a printout of the same and fill the required details. The form has to submitted to the college office along with the application fee of Rs.1000/-.

There is no offline mode to get the application form offline.

Documents required

• Marks memo of 10^th and 12^th grade
• Bonafide/Study certificate from 6^th to 12^th grade for UG candidates or from 9^th grade to Bachelor’s degree level for PG candidates
• Paid copy of Bank challans of State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) for payment of tuition Fees
• 12^th grade Transfer certificate from the previous institution, as applicable
• Degree or Equivalent examination pass certificate for admissions into the PG programme
• JEE Main score card or EAMCET (if qualified) for admission into BTech and ICET/PGECET score card for admission into MBA/M. Tech
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Aadhar card copy
• Passport size photographs

Admission Procedure

In the UG Programme, for admission into BE/B.Tech, EAMCET or JEE MAIN scores are mandatory;

In the PG Programme, for admission into M.Tech, PGECET or GATE score is mandatory while for MBA course, ICET score is mandatory.

Hostel facilities

There are two hostels in the campus, one for boys and the other one for girls. Security guards are present in the hostel premises 24/7 for the protection of the students. The mess provides healthy and good food to the students at affordable prices. The rooms are well equipped and airy. All the basic necessities are provided to the students in order to provide them with a homely feeling in the hostel. The medical staff is also present within the hostel premises for the well being of the students.

Other facilities

The infrastructure is well furnished with laboratories equipped with latest instruments, computer centre, library, state of the art classrooms. The library is also well stacked with around 5000 books. Other facilities include-
