Sree Vidyanikethan College of Pharmacy (SVCP) has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and has an intake of 60 students annually. The college offers co-education and is spread over the straddled campus of amidst picturesque environs facing the Tirumala Hills. State-of-the-art laboratories, IT savvy infrastructure, and eminent teaching faculty are exclusive strengths of the institution. SVCP faculty adopt extremely useful methods of teaching to ensure that the newly qualified pharmacist has the necessary skills and knowledge to commence practicing professionally in a variety of settings including hospital pharmacy, community centers and the pharmaceutical industry. They believe that continuing professional development must then be a lifelong commitment for every practicing pharmacist.
Alumni
Sree Vidyanikethan Institution is home to a growing body of alumni from all walks of life, and the main objective of SVEI office of Development and Alumni relations is to continuously improve the standards of the college.We are particularly proud that many of our graduates hold positions of leadership in their respective profession. The main objective of this association are updating the young generation with the former students who are well settled in their close fields.Bringing together the alumni of the college by arranging frequent meetings or together with a view to exchange the latest developments in the field of engineering and technology. Arranging cultural, literacy and sports act. Assisting the campus recruitments, suitable placements and training for the students.

First Prize to SVCP student out of 400 students participating in TIPS 2010 organized by Annamalai University.
First Prize to SVCP student’s paper out of 640 papers participating in Herbotech 2010 organized by Sri Ramachandra University.
G.P Nair Award (Gold Medal) awarded to SVCP student by Indian Drug Manufacturers Association, Mumbai for securing the highest marks in all B. Pharm exams conducted by JNTU Hyderabad.
