Matrusri Engineering College Hyderabad

Matrusri Engineering College is located in the cultural region of Hyderabad in the nascent state of Telangana. The institute is affiliated to Osmania university and all the courses offered by the institution are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

It was established in 2011 under the umbrella of Matrusri Education Society which was itself registered under the societies registration act in the year 1980. Various certifications involve NIRF (National Institute Ranking Framework) and Institutions of Engineers. The institute campus is located in lush green surroundings and provides state of the art facility. The college campus has been shifted to Nadergul in 2000.

The institute is well stocked and well established with modern day workshops, laboratories and library. Dedicated centres for excellence, placement and anti-ragging is built on campus.

It offers undergraduate (UG) courses in Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Information Technology.

Under the Postgraduate programs, the institute offers courses in Computer Science, Computer-Aided Design and Drafting and Embedded Systems and VLSI design. Other postgraduate courses include Master of Computer Applications and Master of Business Administration.

The admission to all its courses is done through national and state level entrance examination. All the sets are allowed on the basis of merit.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel

The college has no hostel facility but there are many private hostels in the nearby areas of Champapet, IS Sadan and Dilshuknagar.

The twin college of Matrusri Engineering College, MVSR Engineering College Hyderabad has a private boys’hostel 5 minutes away from its campus with dining facilities and uninterrupted internet connection, security, library and televisions.

Campus facilities

The College has ensured that it provides the latest infrastructure to its students so as to give them maximum growth opportunities. The college has spacious classrooms, state of the art laboratories and computer center and a well stocked library.

It has an Industry Institute Partnership with various companies and has an Internal Complaints Committee. The institute also has a special cell for addressing the problems faced by SC/ST students.
