Cape Institute of Technology (CIT) was comes under the umbrella Sri Vinayaga Educational Trust, which is managed by the Thiru.I.Krishnapillai, the chairman and the managing trustee. The campus of the institute is located in the kanyakumari city, which is quite eminent for its pilgrimage and tourism. The aim of the CIT is to develop student’s scientific skills, and makes them competent for creating new ideas, products and machines.Institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & affiliated toto Anna University, Chennai which is now bifurcated to Anna University, Tirunelveli.
