Application and Admission Procedure

Admission Process

• The students need to clear the AP- Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) conducted by JNTUH in order to take admissions in the desired engineering undergraduate courses.
• For the M.Tech admissions, the candidates need to clear the GATE examination. For B.Tech, the minimum eligibility criteria are 10+2 pass in Science group from a recognized board.

How to apply

• The candidates need to visit the official website of the institute in order to fill the online application form. The application form for TS EAMCET must be filled online.
• The candidates need to register to fill the online application form. All the personal and the academic qualifications must be filled accurately.
• The scanned photographs and the signature along with the scanned copies of the documents must be uploaded as per the dimensions specified.
• The payment has to be made which is 450 INR and can be paid via net banking, debit card or credit card. The process is complete once the payment has been made.
• The students must take out the printout of the application form. The candidates need to visit the campus for the next rounds i.e counselling and the interviews.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel

The college offers hostel facilities for girls exclusively as this is a girls’ college. Accommodation is available to those that opt for it, with a total capacity of 650, divided amongst two hostels.

The first hostel contains 63 non-AC rooms, while the second hostel contains 21 AC rooms and 85 non-AC rooms.

A few rooms in the hostel are used for common facilities such as: Computer room(20 computers are available), indoor sports, etc. One half of the common room houses a table-tennis (TT) board as well. Avid sports enthusiasts can take the sports equipment from the sports room which is maintained by the Hostel.

A Laundromat is available in the hostel for use by the residents.

Students can relax in the evenings or on holidays by spending their leisure time in the common room which is equipped with a T.V, newspapers and magazines.

An external security agency is contracted for providing security at the hostel.

Mess facilities are also provided, and cater breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner to students.
