Nalanda Educational Society was established in the year 1986 to promote education from the primary school level up to post Graduation across the entire education spectrum. The courses offered by this society cover humanities, Engineering, Computer Science & Management.The organization is registered under the Andhra Pradesh Societies act as a Not for Profit society.The Society vision is to become a leading educator espousing and inculcating value system to develop educated, responsible and model citizens who will actively participate in nation building.The Society is promoted and managed by educationists and is supported by all-round professional team comprising of academicians, industry experts and management consultants.

The Nalanda Institute of Engineering & Technology , was formed in 2001 and got registered by eminent Engineers and Teachers, has vast experience in establishing and managing educational Institutions. Under the steward-ship of the management, there are 14 Educational Institutions, functioning successfully all over Andhra Pradesh. The management has profound interest and great zeal for serving the cause of education, more particularly the professional education, with commitment and dedication.

Nalanda Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), Guntur was established in 2001 under Nalanda Educational Society. Society was established in the year 1986 to promote education from the primary school level up to post Graduation across the entire education spectrum.
