Placement Assistance
LIBA takes great pride in its placement assistance, as it has a long track record of providing 100% placement to all of its students. LIBA has been preparing students to face challenges easily, take calculated risks and mitigate those risks through its effective placement assistance. There is a long process that goes on for assisting students to perform their best during the placement process. The institute first selects a placement team to whom any students of LIBA can approach for their placement requirement. Next a placement brochure is released where all the details about that year’s placement are published. Then the grooming of the candidates starts for getting successfully placed and this is also called the Competency Mapping or competency training period. Next comes the step where the candidates are taught how to build an effective CV or resume. All the skills and work done in the previous years are added and a proper resume is built with the assistance of the college officials or the placement cell. Soon the placement trainings begin which includes building communication skills and preparing the candidates for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. The interactive trainings help figuring out the goals and aspirations of the students from day one and thus making the whole academic course effective.
Soon the students are encouraged in participating in the Summer Internships offered by the college itself. This helps the students to get a step ahead in the job searching race in the corporate world where the skill of an individual is only thing that counts. After all these preparations the college starts the placement interview process where companies come to the campus and recruit talented students in their companies.
The whole process sometimes differ according to the session every year but more or less remains the same. The date of all the process is listed below:
