BIT Mesra MBA
Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra, Ranchi is a public deemed institute established in 1955 in the state of Jharkhand. It was established by B.M Birla to provide world-class education in different graduate and postgraduate programmes to all eligible students. It was affiliated with Patna University till 1960 and then with the Institute of Science and Management. Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra was elevated to the status of Deemed University in 1986 according to section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.

BIT Mesra MBA Selection Process
The selection process for the MBA programme at BIT Mesra involves the following stages.

Note
- Candidates need to pay Rs. 27,500/- (Admission Fee - Rs. 17,500/- + Caution Money - Rs. 10,000/-).
- Hostel fees are extra. Candidates are required to pay them at the time of registration for each semester. Institute charges Rs.16,000/- per semester for hostel accommodation.
BIT Mesra MBA Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the following criteria to apply for admission at BIT Mesra.
- All the candidates should have completed their Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
