About
Eastern Institute of Integrated Learning in Management founded in 1995, is one of the top B-schools in India. The college has been successfully nurturing young minds and making them corporate-ready for more than two decades now. EIILM Kolkata has many international collaborations which include Mingdao University (Taiwan), Rajamangala University of Technology, Krungthep (Thailand), and Pathumthani University (Thailand).
MBA at EIILM Kolkata is a 2year programme. EIILM offers specialization in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Retail. The total intake for MBA is 120 candidates.
Admissions are done based on CAT/MAT/ATMA/EMAT entrance examination which is followed by GI & PI rounds. In CSR GHRDC B-School Survey of India, 2020 EIILM ranked 1st amongst the top B-schools of Super Excellence in India.
Admission Procedure
Candidates need to follow the following steps in order to get admitted to EIILM Kolkata:
Step 1: Go to the official website of EIILM Kolkata. See: https://eiilm.co.in/
Step 2: Scroll down to the end and under Quick Links click on the Online Admission form. Visit: https://eiilm.co.in/admission-form/
Step 3: Fill out all the required data like name, email id, address, phone number, etc.
Step 4: Upload all the necessary documents such as
- A scanned photograph of your signature
- Two passport-size photographs
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Card
- Photocopy of 12th certificate and marksheet
- Photocopy of graduation certificate and marksheet
- Copy of CAT/CMAT/MAT entrance examination
- Photocopy of proof of work experience.
Step 5: Pay the application fee of Rs. 550.
For online transactions, visit: https://eiilm.co.in/epayment/ and pay the required amount and take out a print-out of the receipt.
OR
In order to pay the application fee offline,
- Go to the EIILM office and buy the form through the demand draft.
- After filling up all the details asked in the form, submit the form at the office in person or send it by post. Keep a xerox of the form to yourself for future reference.

Selection Procedure/Admission Process
- Candidates are selected based on their performance in the management entrance examinations like CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT.
- Later a round of personal interviews and group discussions takes place where again candidates are selected on their performance.
- If the candidate is selected, then an offer letter will be sent to the candidate’s email id and all the information will be provided in that email.
- Admissions will only be made final if the candidate pays the requisite fee as mentioned in the email on time along with the security deposit.
Fee Structure
The total fee for MBA at EIILM Kolkata is INR 5,50,000 for 2 years

The fees need to be paid at 6 months interval before the exams. The registration fee of Rs. 45000 should be paid along with the first semester fees. Each semester the candidate has to pay Rs. 1,37,500. Candidates failing to pay the fees on time will be charged with a fine.
Hostels:
EIILM has hostel facilities at Tollygaunj, Salt Lake, Rajarhat, and Kudghat, all near metro stations. Thus, the hostel fees for both girls and boys vary from Rs 6,500 to Rs. 7,500. This cost includes the cost of living and food facilities. Most of the hostels here are air-conditioned and have wi-fi facilities.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for getting admitted to EIILM Kolkata are as follows:
- Candidates must have a passing degree in their Higher Secondary examination
- The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised University and have scored a minimum of 50% marks in their aggregate. Candidates belonging from minority classes will require a minimum of 45% marks in their aggregate.
- Candidates must have a valid score card in management entrance exams like CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT.
- Candidates who are studying in their final year of college are also eligible to apply
- Candidates who have scored below 40% in the MAT entrance exam can appear for EMAT and clear themselves at the entrance.
