  • The pre-placement talk provides students and recruiters with a platform to interact with each other to gauge synergy between recruiters' requirements and students' goals.

  • LBSIM has brought in an EPE system wherein detailed job descriptions of the company will be shared with students and they can directly apply through the portal.
  • The Corporate Relations Cell (CRC) shares the profiles of the interested students with recruiters and schedules dates for the process in consultation with the company.
  1. Selection Process
  • The selection process is then initiated at the campus of the LBSIM online/offline according to the requirements and mandates of the government.
  • The Corporate Relations Cell strives to ensure a smooth process for the recruiters, stakeholders and students.
