Placement Assistance

• The campus placements of XISS Ranchi students will be handled by the Central Placement Cell (CPC) headed by the Chief Coordinator. It works with Departmental Placement Cells, composed of students.

Placement Process

• Interested companies are requested to inform the details of their visit in advance and also requested to indicate the facilities they require for carrying out the placements.
• The Placement Cell forwards the profiles of the students to the companies at their request.
• Online Tests, Group Discussions, Personal Interviews and other methods of selection adopted by the respective companies will be conducted.
• Candidates placed in one organization will not be allowed to take part in the placement activities of other organizations.
• The appointment letter issued by the organization will be sent to the students by Placement Cell upon successful selection.
