Established in 2005, the International Institute of Management Studies (IIMS) is located in Pune, Maharashtra. It is a well-known NAAC accredited and AICTE approved private college that offers a post-graduate degree in Management with triple specialization to students. The Times of India ranked it 14^th in India in the Private B-Schools category and 25^th in India in the overall B-Schools category.

Application Procedure

Students can apply to this college via both, the online and offline modes. For those applying online, students are required to visit the official website of the college and register using their email ID. Following this registration, they are supposed to fill the application form along with uploading their important documents and then pay the application fees which is INR 1400. For the students applying offline, they can download the aforementioned application form, fill it, attach the required documents with it and send it to the college at the following address:

Admission Procedure

The selection of a candidate is done on the basis of three aspects/criteria, as given below, along with their weightages in the selection process.

The entrance exams, the scores of which are accepted here include: XAT, CAT C-MAT, XAT, MHCET etc. Students whose application forms are completed and paid as well as are the ones qualifying the eligibility criteria and the cut-offs will be contacted by the college for the Personal Interview (PI) and the following rounds which include Group Discussion (GD) and written ability test.

On the basis of all these rounds as well as the academic history of the student, students are selected and offered admission. Students with a four-year bachelor’s degree or any other profession qualifications like CA, ICWA, et cetera will be given more preference in the selection procedure.

Fee Structure

The amount of fees for either one of the super-specializations is INR 3,96,000 per year. Thus, the total fee of the MBA programme amounts to INR 7,92,000. The fees are supposed to be filled according to the following instalment amounts and dates:

Eligibility Criteria

Students aiming to apply here must be graduates along with at least 50% and 60% of their marks scored in their 10^th and 12^th standards respectively. Along with this, students must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their Bachelor’s degree if they want to apply for the MBA with super-specialization in Retail & E-Commerce.

Important Dates

The last day to apply for the programme, as announced earlier by the college, was June 30^th which has now been extended to 10^th July 2022.

Placements

The highest package offered here amounts to INR 26.10 Lakhs per annum by Mount Meru Group. Their average package stands at INR 6.50 Lakhs per annum.
