FLAME University was previously known as FLAME - Foundation for Liberal and Management Education established in 2015 and is located in Pune, Maharashtra. It is a hub for offering diverse undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to eligible students. FLAME University BBA Application Process

Candidates can apply for BBA admissions at FLAME University by following the steps given below.

Step 1 - Register On the Website

• Candidates have to register on the website - https://www.flame.edu.in/admissions/apply to create their user account.
• After registration, candidates will receive an auto-generated email with their login details.
• Candidates can use their login information to apply to FLAME University.

Step 2 - Apply To FLAME University

• FLAME University has an online application process for BBA admissions. Candidates should provide details such as their entrance test scores (SAT/ACT if applicable), educational qualification, personal details, extracurricular activities information and statement of purpose, etc.
• The admission test is mandatory for securing admission to the BBA programmes at FLAME and candidates have to indicate whether they wish to appear for FEAT or not.
• Candidates are also required to provide their admission cycle preference for FEAT, Essay and Online Personal Interview.
• Additionally, candidates should upload their recent passport-size photograph and scanned copies of the below-mentioned documents in the requisite format.
  • Mark Sheet of Class X
  • Passing Certificate of Class X
  • Mark Sheet of Class XII
  • Passing Certificate of Class XII (If Already Passed)
  • SAT Score Card (If Applicable)
  • ACT Score Card (If Applicable)
  • Copy of Other Certificates Mandated by the FLAME.
• Candidates should provide accurate information in the FLAME University application form and they need not finish the form in one sitting.

Step 3 - Application Fee Payment

• Candidates' application forms will be treated as incomplete if they don't complete the fee payment.
• The application fee is Rs. 2,000/- and it can be paid through online modes of payment, Demand Draft or by the purchase of scratch cards from counsellors.

Step 4 - Completing the Application

• After the fee payment, candidates can complete the BBA application form with SOP and upload their photographs.
• Candidates will receive a confirmation email with their application number and a PDF of their completed application form.

• The selection process of FLAME University is designed to give every student a fair chance for admission to the BBA programmes.

• The internal assessment process of FLAME University considers the following aspects of the students.

• FLAME University shortlists candidates based on their performance in all the parameters listed above.
• Candidates with a high score on the test have more chances of getting selected for admission to the BBA programmes.

1. FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT)

• FEAT is an online examination that contains multiple-choice questions from 4 different sections.
• The FEAT is conducted for 140 marks and the duration of the test is 120 minutes or 2 hours.

• FEAT is optional for the candidates who submit their SAT/ACT scores.

1. Essay

• During this assessment, candidates should complete an essay on the topic given by FLAME University on the spot.
• Candidates should write their responses in 200 to 250 words in 20 minutes.

1. Online Personal Interview

• After the completion of the FEAT and Essay, the Online Personal Interview will be conducted by the University's Admission Panel.

• Candidates should carry their Aadhar, PAN or Passport to appear for the online selection process as it will serve as identity proof.

FLAME University BBA Fee Structure

The total fee for the BBA programmes at FLAME University for the first year is Rs. 9,90,000/- (including lodging and boarding). The fee structure for BBA programmes at FLAME University is given below in detail.

Note

• The programme fee also includes sports course charges.
• Lodging and Boarding fees are applicable for the academic year and there are three types of housing facilities.
  • The fee will be charged as per the table mentioned above if the rooms are apartment-style twin-sharing with common bathroom facilities.
  • An additional fee of Rs. 80,000/- per year will be charged for apartment-style twin-sharing rooms with attached bathroom facilities.
  • Candidates should pay an additional fee of Rs. 1,20,000/- per year for apartment-style twin-sharing AC rooms with attached bathroom facilities.

FLAME University BBA Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility requirements that candidates should follow to become eligible for BBA admissions at FLAME University are given below.

• Candidates should have completed their Class XII from a recognized board such as CBSE, CISCE or State Boards.
• The minimum required qualification is a Diploma for International Baccalaureate Students. Students of the Career Programme or International Baccalaureate Certificate are not eligible for BBA admissions at FLAME University.
• A Level certificate is a basic requirement with the following details for Cambridge students.
  • 5 Subjects in A, B, and C Grades Including English at O Level and
  • 3 Subjects at Advanced Level.
• In the case of a higher Diploma of International/American Schools in other countries following the American System of Education accredited either by the State Departments of Education or one of the following agencies in the USA
  • Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges
  • New England Association of Schools and Colleges
  • North Central Association of Schools and Colleges
  • Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges
  • Southern Association of Schools and Colleges
  • Western Association of Schools and Colleges
• Students who have secured 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a foreign board/university/institute, other than above, have to submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) along with a transcript of marks.
• Candidates currently studying/enrolled in Class XII or equivalent can also apply subject to the submission of a Class XII passing certificate by 30^th September 2023. Admission of these candidates will be provisional till the submission of the passing certificate before the due date.
• The age of the candidates should be less than 21 years as of 31^st July 2023.

• It is awarded to the best-performing students at the time of admission.
• The scholarship amount may vary from partial to full fee waivers.

1. College Board India Scholarship Programme in Collaboration with FLAME University

• Indian students who secure an SAT score of 1300 or above will be considered the top performers by the College Board and awarded this scholarship.
• For the entire duration of the course, top performers who have financial needs and a family income of less than 8 lakhs per annum are eligible for receiving a full tuition fee.

1. Special Scholarship Through Application

• This scholarship is offered to achievers or outstanding performers in different fields. Candidates should meet one of the following criteria to get this scholarship.
  • Board, State or National Level Rank Holders in Academics.
  • FLAME Sports Scholarship for National/State/International Level Award Winners. Only the Sports recognized by the IOA or SGFI will be considered.

1. Emergency Need-based Support

• It is offered to students with financial problems caused by circumstances beyond their control.
• To become eligible for financial aid, a situation that makes students unable to generate funds on their own has to happen.
