About the Institute and Course
SIESCOMS, that is, SIES College of Management Studies got established in the year 1995. The college offers two years of full-time courses in MMS, that is, Masters in Management Studies as well as PGDM courses for the interested candidates. The accepted intake for MMS is 120 seats. The course aims to impart wholesome and quality education that helps in the development of managers in the world of business as well as citizens who are socially responsible.
Application Procedure
The cost of the application form is reported to be INR 1,500. Along with the application form, the candidate should submit the following documents:
- 2 up-to-date passport-size photographs
- SSC mark sheet along with the passing certificate
- HSC mark sheet along with the passing certificate
- Degree mark sheet along with the passing certificate
- MHCET admit card
- If the applicant is from any other University than Mumbai University then the submission of a mark sheet from all the semesters/years is required.
- MH-MCA-CET scorecard
- Those who have passed on or prior to 2019 are required to submit a GAP certificate (A hundred rupees notarized stamp paper)
- FC Verification report
- Minority certificate (A hundred rupees stamp paper for mother tongue)
- Proof of nationality (domicile (/passport/leaving certificate)
- Transfer certificate/leaving certificate
- Domicile certificate that should clearly depict parents’ place of permanent residence (according to the latest norms by DTE)
- For applicants from a different University than the University of Mumbai migration certificate is required
- Provisional statement of eligibility from University of Mumbai, Kalina individuals who graduated from anywhere else than the University of Mumbai
- Undertaking in Performa-I
- Annexure I & II that is suitable for the MMS course (collect them from the office when the admission is taking place)
Selection Process
The criteria for the selection process are listed below along with the weightage of various parameters:

Admission procedure
Here are a few important points regarding the admission procedure:
- 51% of the seats are held in reserve for applicants from Maharashtra domicile Tamil linguistic minority.
- Capitalisation fees are not charged for admission to any course offered by the college.
- The admission to Masters in Management Studies under South Indian Linguistic Minority/Institute level seats shall be firmly on the basis of merit MHCET (2019-2020) conducted by DTE.
- It should be noted that few seats are held in reserve for the children of SIES and its affiliated institution's permanent staff.

Fee Structure - MBA
The total fees for the program are INR 2,50,000. The rules regarding refunds are according to the AICTE guidelines.
Fee Structure – PGDM
The total fee for Post Graduate Diploma in Management is Rs 4,50,000 per annum.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria – MMS
The eligibility criteria for candidates from the Maharashtra state seeking admission in the MMS program are given below:
- The applicant shall be an Indian National.
- The candidates should have qualified three years of bachelor's degree from any University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities or the University Grants Commission.
- The minimum score obtained should be at least 50% cumulative marks or comparable. For candidates belonging to the economically weaker sections, backward class categories, and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only the minimum score required is 45% or comparable.
- The candidate should have attained a non-zero score in CET that is conducted by the competent authority (MMS-CET/MAH-MBA 2021)
The eligibility criteria for all Indian candidates, union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and union territory of Ladakh migrant candidature candidates are given below:
- The applicant shall be an Indian National.
- The candidates should have qualified three years of bachelor's degree from any University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities or the University Grants Commission.
- The minimum score obtained should be at least 50% cumulative marks or comparable. For candidates belonging to the economically weaker sections, backward class categories, and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only the minimum score required is 45% or comparable.
- The candidate should have attained a non-zero score in at least one of the given below examinations:
CET is conducted by the competent authority, CMAT, conducted by the National Testing Agency or CAT conducted by the Indian Institute of Management.
The eligibility criteria for PIO/NRI/OCI, children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, and Foreign Nationals are given below:
- The candidates should have qualified three years of bachelor's degree from any University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities or the University Grants Commission.
- The minimum score obtained should be at least 50% cumulative marks or comparable.
- Any other criteria that are declared based on different times by the suitable authority as mentioned under the Act.
Eligibility Criteria – PGDM
The eligibility criteria for getting admission to the PGDM program are given below:
- At least 3 years of graduation in any field from a recognized University with at least a 50% score. The minimum required score is 45% for the candidates belonging to the reserved category.
- Candidates waiting for their final year results and the ones appearing for the final examinations are also eligible for applying.
- Candidates can apply based on their competitive test scores as well.
