IIM Indore is one among the leading management institutes in the country. It is the sixth addition to the IIMs in India and was established in 1996. Located in Indore, IIM-Indore offers various courses including postgraduate programs, doctoral programs, and a few executive education programs.

Program Overview

The Executive Postgraduate Program at IIM Indore is a one-year full time intensive residential course designed to enhance skills and knowledge for managing and leading organizations.

The course consists of five segments including orientation, Core curriculum, international immersion, Elective courses, and Capstone. The course is essentially divided into six terms as specified in the curriculum. The course, is delivered through a mixture of case studies, lectures, project work, term papers, seminar presentations, role play, assignments and simulations.

How to Apply?

Admission cycle for executive MBA at IIM Indore starts in September and concludes by December 2022.

Student can submit application online starting from 1st-September-2022. The application form fee is Rs.5,900/- for Indian nationals and $118 for foreign nationals.

The candidate will have to appear for an online interview conducted on Zoom.

The candidate must include the provide documents along with the application:

• Experience certificates
• GMAT/CAT Entrance Exam Score sheet
• Letters of Recommendation
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)

Admission Procedure

Candidates will be shortlisted based on GMAT score and other additional criteria as decided by the admission committee.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview (PI). The institute has certain parameters for evaluation of candidate’s performance in the personal interview.

The final merit list will be prepared based on GMAT score and performance in Personal Interview.

Selected candidates need to pay commitment fee of Rs.1 lakh for Indian nationals and Rs.1.5 Lakh for foreign nationals to secure the admission.

Eligibility Criteria

To become eligible for the executive MBA at IIM Indore the students should satisfy following criteria –

• The student should have a 4-year bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks or a 3-year bachelor’s degree with 50% along with a master’s degree with 50% marks
• Candidates with 5-year degree or an equivalent degree with 50% marks too can apply.
• A valid GMAT score is mandatory. The GMAT should have been taken within 5 year before the date of application.
• Minimum 5 years of work-experience by the date of application.

Fee Structure

The total fee for an 1 year full-time Executive MBA at IIM Indore for year 2022-23 is Rs.22 lakh. Fee for foreign nationals is Rs.33 Lakh. The fee can be paid in 3 installments.

This fee is inclusive of lodging and boarding. Any expense towards international travel, visa, passport etc. need to be born by the students.
