PGDM Executive at NMIMS Bengaluru
NMIMS Bengaluru was started 13 years back. It is accredited by AMBA. The institute was ranked number 1 private university in Bengaluru and 7th best private university in the country by Business Today.
The program duration is 20 months. The classes are held on weekend on the campus between 9 am to 6:30 pm. There are 5 trimesters of 4 months duration.
Eligibility Criteria – Any graduate with consistent academic performance and at least 3 years of work experience can apply.
Candidates are selected based on personal interview and group discussion. The institute also considers the quality and length of work experience while selecting candidates.

PGDM Executive at NMIMS Hyderabad
NMIMS Hyderabad center was started in 2010 and have been accredited by AMBA. Since its inception, the institute conducts MBA programs for working executives.
The total program fee for Executive MBA at NMIMS Hyderabad is 4.5 Lac excluding GST.
To apply for the program, candidate should be a graduate with consistent academic performance. The candidate should also have minimum 3 years of work experience. Post graduate candidates should have minimum 2 years of work experience.
The selection is based on personal interview conducted by the selection panel.
The program will be of 20 months duration. The classes will be conducted on weekends (Saturday) on the campus.
Online Executive MBA by NMIMS Online
The NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education offers executive MBA – MBA WX and MBA (X) in business Analytics for working professionals.
The programs are AICTE approved. The admissions take place on rolling basis. The next batch will start on 25th-September-2022. The total duration of the program is 24 months.
To apply for online executive MBA by NMIMS, the candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) from a recognized university with minimum 55% and minimum 3 years of work experience. Candidates with post graduate degree should have minimum 2 years of work experience.
Total program fee for Online Executive MBA is Rs.4,75,000/-.
Course Structure
The Executive MBA from NMIMS is an MBA program for working executive, which can be completed in 24 months. This 75-credit course spread across 5 trimester. Students can take up project work in 5th trimester.
The student is required to complete 24 core courses and 12 elective courses, along with a project work equivalent of 3 course credits.
How to Apply?
To apply for Executive MBA at NMIMS, the student needs to apply online on the institute website.
The student must register online and create his account on the portal as available, and fill in the application form. The candidate also needs to remit an amount of Rs.1,298/- towards the application fee. The application fee can be paid through NEFT and also through Demand draft in favor of SVKM’s NMIMS payable at Mumbai. The candidates can also procure the form by paying in cash at the campus.
The application fee is non-refundable, and will be forfeited on cancellation of admission.
The application procedure requires that the students send attested photocopies of the following documents for verification before call for the personal interview on selection:
- Copy/ Print out of the Application Form
- 10th & 12th grade marks sheet and passing certificate
- Degree marks sheet of all years and Degree Certificate
- Work Experience certificate showing 3 years of full-time work experience (2 years in case of post graduate students), appointment letter, promotion letter, etc.
The completed application form must be then submitted to the institute.
Admission Procedure
The admission to executive MBA is on the basis of a personal interview held by the admission panel. For online executive MBA, the candidate must write a written test that evaluates the candidate on Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning/ Data Interpretation, Quantitative Skills.
Candidates who clear the personal interview or written test will be offered admission into the program.
Eligibility Criteria
The institute specifies the following minimum eligibility criteria for admissions into the Executive MBA course:
- The applicant must be a graduate from a recognized university in any discipline with consistent academic performance
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of full time work experience in either executive or supervisory positions. Post graduate candidates should have minimum 2 years of work experience. The work experience must not include any internships, projects, etc.
Placements
The NMIMS Executive MBA course does not offer any placement facilities to its students, as the primary group constituent are working professionals in the class.
