Jain University was established by the founder and chairman of JGI Group, Dr Chenraj Roychand in the year 1990. It got the name Deemed-to-be University almost two decades later in 2009.
Online MBA here is a 2 years degree program which allows its students to learn at their own pace. Some of the specializations include, Advertising and Branding, Banking and Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Technology Management and many more.
Application and admission procedure
Candidates need to go through the following application and admission procedure to get admitted at the Jain University for Online MBA:
Step 1: Go to the official website of Jain University Online. See: https://onlinejain.com/
Step 2: Click on the Apply Now and select Degree Program. This will redirect you to this page: https://apply.onlinejain.com/
Step 3: Register yourself under new applicant by filling out all the details asked like name, email address, phone number, etc.
Step 4: Verify the email by going to the provided email id and click on the approve button.
Step 5: Fill out the application form online and upload the required documents. The documents required are as follows:
- Scanned passport-size color photograph of the candidate
- Scanned original documents including certificates and marksheet of graduation and 10+2 KYC documents, etc.
- Aadhar Card or Pan Card or Driving Licence for age proof and identification
- School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate
- Character certificate (if present)
Step 6: Submit the application form after proper checking all the details.
Step 7: After verifying all the details and documents sent by the candidate, the college will send a confirmation email for admission and with successful payment of the fees the candidate will be given admission at the Jain University.
Jain Online MBA Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria before applying at the Jain University:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years in any stream or subject or an equivalent which is recognized by the UGC to be eligible to apply.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation (5% relaxation for the SC/ST candidates i.e., having a minimum of 45% marks)
- Candidates who are in their final semester of their graduation can also apply for this course.

The fee structure of Online MBA course differs based on the specialization the candidate is selects. It ranges from Rs. 1,40,000 to 2,50,000 for the whole 2 years. The fees can be paid either in lumpsum or equal monthly installments every semester or every year.

- Defence Personnel Scholarship: Students whose immediate family members are a defence personnel are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Both the on-campus and online candidates are eligible for this.
