The S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, a private Business school located in Mumbai, was established in the year of 1981. It has a campus of more than 45 acres in the suburban areas of Andheri (west) in Mumbai.

Each year, about 700 students enroll in this institute in various Management programs. It offers various programs like Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), Postgraduate Program in Management (PGPM), Master in Business Administration (MBA). SP Jain also offers Executive programs in different modes like Full-time and Part-time. The part-time MBA program is offered at the SP Jain’s Delhi Centre.

SP Jain Part Time MBA

At S P Jain Institute, the part-time MBA program is mainly designed for the high-potential functional managers who have an experience of more than 3 years.

This duration of this part-time MBA program at S P Jain Institute is of 18 months. The classes will be held online using ELO technology.

Application and Admission Procedure

Apply Online – Candidates desirous of seeking admission into SP Jain part time MBA can apply online for free.

Entrance Test – The candidate needs to take any recognized entrance test like CAT, GMAT, GRE, GMAC Executive Assessment, SP Jain Aptitude Test

Shortlisting for interview – Candidates are shortlisted for the interview based on following criteria –

  • Academic Performance
  • Quality of work experience
  • Performance in entrance/aptitude test
  • Proficiency in English language

Essay and personal Interview – Once shortlisted, the candidates need to write an essay and appear for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted on the campus or online. The institute will asses candidates communication skills, domain expertise and aptitude.

Offer of admission – Candidates selected based on comprehensive evaluation will be intimated about the decision through email. Institute will take a week after the interview to come up with the final decision.

SP Jain Part Time MBA Fee Structure

The total course fee for SP Jain Part Time MBA in 2023-24 is Rs.14,04,000/-. The fee consists of registration fee of Rs.1,18,000/- and tuition fee of Rs.12,86,000/-.

The fee can be paid in 18 equal monthly installments of Rs.71,445/-. If paid in lump-sum the student will get a discount of 10%.

Scholarships

The S P Jain Institute also provides Scholarships to its meritorious students, especially the batch toppers of each program. More details regarding the scholarships will be shared with the students at the Institute’s campus after the commencement of classes.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university or a approved tertiary institute.
  • The candidates should have a full – time Work experience of a minimum of 3 years in the corporate sector, after the completion of graduation.
  • The candidate should have completed the degree in English language.

Candidates are required to submit an evidence for the language of instruction at UG level. Those who have not studied in English language need to prove their proficiency in the language through language tests such as IELTS, TOEFL iBT, PTE.
