- The Placement Office facilitates the students to explore the world of employment.
- It assists students in career planning through counselling where they get information about themselves in terms of their abilities and interests which helps them in choosing an effective career path for them.
- The Placement Office of CHRIST Deemed University also focuses on the Professional Development of the students by training them in employability skills such as group discussion and interviews.
- It takes the initiative to explore new career avenues for graduates and postgraduates through visits to unexplored sectors and companies.
Placement Process
- The selection of students for placements generally starts with pre-placement talks where the company gives insights about the organization to the students.
- After pre-placement talks, the actual selection process begins and it involves a written test, group discussion, Interview, etc.
- Student placement representatives from every class assist the students throughout the selection process.

- CHRIST Deemed University provides opportunities for students for their holistic development. Hence, it mandates internship experience during their course tenure which helps them in getting hands-on practical experience.
- However, the University does not provide any internship opportunities to the students directly, but student representatives of each programme will reach out to different organizations to get internships for students.
- Students can apply for different off-campus companies of their choice or sit in the campus-provided opportunities.
- It provides in-campus internship opportunities to students. The Centre of Academic and Professional Support (CAPS) provides professional support to the students of the University.
- CAPS conducts summer internship programmes for CHRIST students in different areas such as Operations, Event Planners, Photographers, Designers, etc.
- Students will be awarded a certificate after the successful completion of the internship programme.
