Placement Assistance
- All the placement-associated activities of the IIT Mandi will be handled by the Career and Placement Cell of the institute.
- It consists of a bunch of Faculty Members and Student Volunteers working round the clock to provide the best possible services to the organizations visiting the institute for placements.
Placement Process
- Invitations with the placement brochure will be sent to the companies and interested companies contact the placement cell.
- Companies can view student resumes by visiting the portal of the institute and they have to fill JAF form.
- Students will be informed about the visiting companies through email and other appropriate means.
- Students can apply for appropriate positions after going through the JAF.
- Companies who have successfully submitted JAFs will be invited for pre-placement talks and they can carry out shortlisting tests thereafter.
- Companies have to furnish the final list of selected candidates on the same day as the interviews are conducted.
