XIMB MBA Selection Process 2022

• The Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar decides the section-wise and total cutoff marks that will be used to shortlist students for the Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and the Personal Interview.
• The Writing Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and the Personal Interview (PI) will be conducted in Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Bhubaneswar and Bangalore.
• To attend the interview session of the XIMB MBA admission process, candidates have to meet their travelling expenses.
• The final selection of candidates for the MBA programmes at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar will be made based on the performance of candidate's in the CAT/XAT/GMAT/X-GMT, Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and the Personal Interview. XIMB MBA Eligibility Criteria 2022

The eligibility criteria to get admission at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar for MBA programmes are given below.

• The minimum educational qualification required for applying for MBA admission at XIMB is a three-year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or its equivalent with an aggregate of at least 55% marks from a recognized university or institute.
• Candidates who are expected to finish their Bachelor's Degree by 15^th June 2022 can also apply. Admission of these candidates after selection will be provisional and failing to meet all the requirements of the Bachelor's Degree by 15^th June 2022 will automatically result in the cancellation of the candidature of the candidates.
• Also, candidates are required to appear for one of the admission tests such as XAT/CAT/GMAT/X-GMT conducted by the XIM University.
• NMAT score is accepted for MBA-HRM, MBA-SM, MBA-RM, MBA-UMG and MBF only.

For MBA-UMG Only

• Candidates who have obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Architecture, Geography and Economics with an aggregate of at least 55% marks can apply for admission without a valid entrance test score.
• Also, students who have a keen interest or experience in the urban sector and have at least 60% marks in their Bachelor's Degree can apply without a valid admission test score. However, they have to appear for the WAT, GD and Personal Interview rounds.
• GATE/CEED scores will also be accepted for this programme.

Note

• For programmes such as MBA-UMG, MBA-SM, and MBA-RM, students who have secured positions 1,2,3 in the college in their Bachelor's Degree can apply without a valid admission test score.
• These candidates submit a certificate from the Head of the Institution stating their position whenever required.
• However, these students have to appear for the WAT, GD and PI rounds.
