Admission Process

The details about the admission process are mentioned below:

• Candidates are required to submit the completely filled application along with the pertinent documents which shall include certificate copies and application fee.
• Standardised test scores are taken into consideration within the scope of the above.
• Applicants shall be analysed based on their creativity, analytical skills, communication skills and application orientation according to the defined parameters.
• BMU shall give offers to the shortlisted applicants who are either in the 12^th class or have completed the 12^th class. In case the result of the 12^th class is pending then the offer extended by University is subject to the completion of class 12^th and scores submission. The shortlisted candidates shall further be communicated by the admission team for completing the admission process.
• The final decision shall be made by the Scholarship committee and BMU Admission. The committee's decision regarding the same shall be considered binding and final.

Fee Structure

The total tuition fee for Indian students including candidates who are residents of Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka and applying for the BBA course is INR ? 856,800. This fee excludes the International immersion program. The details about the fee structure are given in the table below:

It should be noted that tuition fees may increase from the 2^nd year onward. Further, the tuition fee also includes reading materials, library resources, and select textbooks as specified by the respective school.

• The tuition fee for Indian student is including candidates who are residents of Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.
• The tuition fee for Foreign Nationals is excluding candidates who are residents of Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the BBA program are given below:

• ISCE/CBSE/ISC and applicants of other boards who apply for the Bachelor in Business Administration Programme are required to attain at least a cumulative score of sixty per cent in the 12^th standard board examinations.
• The candidates who were a part of examination of the British bodies that are approved and Cambridge/IGCSE exams the eligibility requirement is of at least 5 subjects wherein English can be at O level and A level for two/three subjects.
• Telangana/Andhra Pradesh/Tamil Nadu/Kerala State Board applicants who apply for the Bachelor in Business Administration Programme are required to attain at least a cumulative score of seventy per cent in the 12^th board examinations.
• ACT or SAT scores are also applicable to this course.
• The score of the 12^th class is accepted for scholarship as well as admission.
• The course is test optional and the applicants are encouraged for providing scores of standardised tests such as UGAT, CUET and SAT. The scores can benefit candidates in their evaluation.
• For the lB Career Related programme (IBCP), pupils for General Strand (Arts, Commerce, Science and Law) graduating with 2 DP Subjects with at least 01 subjects at HL Level and at least three points in every DP subject, career related study with minimum three subjects, IBCP qualification with core components requirement awarded by lB qualify for applying. It is required by IB students to have studied mathematics and physics at the HL, along with English as a mandatory subject
• The eligibility criteria for foreign nationals/PIO/NRIs and OCI is completing successfully the qualifying exam with at least sixty per cent or comparable from any component of education that is recognized by the AIU.

Scholarships

The scholarships offered at the BML Munjal University are based on the following categories:

1. Merit scholarships are offered that comprises two different categories:

• Dean’s Scholarships for recognizing exceptional academic merit.
• Programme Scholarships for encouraging pupils who have different strengths to seek an education of a high standard.

The criteria for the scholarship are mentioned below:

• A comprehensive merit list shall be prepared depending on the personal interview and applicants’ class 12^th score.
• The weightage of a personal interview shall be 25% whereas the weightage of 12^th-grade scores shall be 75%.

The University also offers financial aid for economically weaker section candidates who are academically bright and come from a family of less than INR 8 lakhs annually or as mentioned in that time. It should be noted that the education of the University with regard to financial resources should not be hampered and in that order, financial aid is provided. The admission and scholarship committee shall be reviewing the candidates for financial aid after conducting a personal interview. The committee shall also decide the amount of financial aid in the form of a percentage of the tuition fee.

Haryana Domicile

Twenty-five per cent of candidates who are admitted under the Haryana Domicile Category qualifies for partial or full fee concession according to the Haryana Private Universities Act.
