The two-year management course is spread over eight trimesters, each of a three-month duration. Application Procedure

To get themselves enrolled in any of these courses, students have to earn good percentile in their CAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/XAT or the Chitkara University Test conducted by the university itself. Admission would be based on merit ranking which would be followed by a series of group discussions and personal interview.

For Admission, the students need to fill the application form that the university offers and submit it along a along a payment of INR 1,100. The students can apply online as well as offline.

Online: For online registration, the students need to visit the official University website, download the application form and send it to the university admissions office along with a demand draft of INR 1,100 drawn in the favour of Chitkara University.

Offline: For offline registration, the students need to first obtain the application form through one of the three methods as given below:

• Self Attested Certificate and Mark sheet of Class X, XII & Graduation
• Character Certificate from the institution last attended
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Migration Certificate from the University attended last
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Two recent passport size colour photographs, Photos need not be attested
• Affidavit signed by Executive Magistrate/ Notary is required in case of gap in studies

Selection Process

Students must achieve a high percentile on their CAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/XAT or the Chitkara University Test administered by the university itself in order to enrol in any of these courses. Merit ranking would determine admission, and group discussions and individual interviews would come next. The jury will be responsible for giving the final decision which would be final.

Fee Structure

Chitkara Business School: The course fee for all the MBA courses under this school is INR 6,40,000 in total. The semester wise fees is given below:

Chitkara College of Sales & Marketing: The course fee for all the courses under this school is is INR 1,50,000 per annum. The total fees for four semesters spread over two years is INR 3,00,000.

Eligibility Criteria

• The university requires the student to have completed their bachelor degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university
• Students who are in their final year can also apply but they must have a minimum 50% marks in their previous year’s exams. The candidate should later submit their graduation certificate by the given deadline or they would be de-registered.
• If a candidate has a compartment in any subject they would not be considered for admission.
• For admission in the programs, work experience is not a requirement.

• For Final year students, the last date to submit their graduation certificate is 30th September, 2022
• The last date for for submission of application form is July 2022.
• The Merit List would be released by July 2022.
• Counselling will begin by August 2022.
