Nirma University BBA Application Process 2022

The application process details for students of all the categories wishing to secure admission to the Integrated BBA-MBA programmes at Nirma University are given below.

• Candidates have to register a new account to log into the online application form for BBA admissions at Nirma University. Candidates can use the login details later for filling out the admission form and checking the status of the application form.
• The Integrated BBA-MBA programmes application form will appear on the screen after successful login.
• Candidates should fill out the Integrated BBA-MBA application form of Nirma University and submit it with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500/ + taxes. Candidates should make the payment using a credit/debit card or net banking.

• The Integrated BBA-MBA application forms for the Gujarat State Category students will be made available online after the declaration of the HSC results.
• Students who have already registered or applied under the All India Category can also apply for Integrated BBA-MBA admission under the Gujarat State Category by paying an additional fee of Rs. 350/-.

• The merit list for Integrated BBA-MBA admissions will be prepared based on the following criteria.

Gujarat State Category

• The final merit list for Integrated BBA-MBA admissions will be prepared based on the following criteria.
  • Weightage for Qualifying Exam - 70%
  • Weightage for the Personal Interview - 30%

Note

• Students belonging to the NRI (Self), PIO, FN, CIWGC-SEA and SAARC countries categories are not required to appear for the Entrance Test.
• Admission to the Integrated BBA-MBA programmes will be allocated to these candidates purely based on merit in the qualifying exam.

Nirma University BBA Eligibility Criteria 2022

The eligibility requirements that candidates of different categories should possess to become eligible for Integrated BBA-MBA admissions at Nirma University are given below.

All India Category

• All the students must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or its equivalent from a recognized board or institute or university and recognized by the Nirma University with an aggregate of at least 60% marks on the first attempt.

Gujarat State Category

• Students must have passed HSC or its equivalent recognized by the Nirma University from the schools located within Gujarat with an aggregate of at least 90% marks on their first attempt.

NRI/NRI Sponsored

• For NRI (Self), candidates have to pass HSC or equivalent recognized by Nirma University with an aggregate of at least 60% marks on their first attempt. Candidates are required to produce an equivalence certificate of the qualifying exam from the Association of Indian Universities.
• For NRI (Sponsored), candidates should have passed HSC or equivalent from Nirma University recognized board with at least 60% marks and are required to appear for the Entrance Test and the Personal Interview conducted by the University.
• NRI Sponsored candidates should produce a sponsorship letter from the NRI who undertakes to pay all their fees.

International Students - CIWGC-SEA/OCI/PIO/FN

• Category I - All foreign students having non-Indian passports and having PIO/OCI can apply for admission under this category.
• Students from the countries of SAARC can also apply under the Foreign Nationals category. However, these students will be charged fees on par with Indian students.
• Category II - Students whose parents are currently working in South East Asian or Gulf Countries can apply for admissions under the CIWGC-SEA category.
• Students must hold Indian passports and should have passed the qualifying exam from India or outside India.
