• Click on "Apply Now" and select the programme. Login page will open. Register yourself on the official website by providing the necessary information.
• You will get a unique login ID after successful registration which is very useful throughout the admission process.
• Now, fill out the application form by providing all the required information.
• Submit the duly filled application form for MBA admission along with fee payment before the last date for the application process.
• The application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances and it should be paid online using a Credit or Debit Card or Net Banking.
• The Ahmedabad University MBA application fee is Rs. 1,200 including the GST.

Ahmedabad University MBA Selection Process 2022

• Candidates will be selected based on their performance in any one of the entrance examinations mentioned below for admission to the MBA programme (2022-2024).

• Candidates who secured a qualifying score in any of the above-mentioned exams can fill out the application form to get shortlisted for the MBA admission process at Ahmedabad University.
• The University will shortlist candidates based on their performance, and the number of applications received and invite the short-listed students for the Personal Interaction round.
• The details of the Personal Interaction round will be informed to the selected candidates via mail.
• Candidates appearing for the Personal Interaction round must report at least 45 minutes before the schedule for document verification.
• Based on the candidates' performance in the Personal Interaction round, admission will be provided to the students.

Short-listing Criteria

• The first stage of the short-listing gives a weightage of 65% to the entrance exam score from the best of all candidates mentioned in the MBA application form and a weightage of 30% to the Academic Profile and 5% to extra and co-curricular activities.
• Candidates will not be shortlisted for the Personal Interaction round if he/she fails to secure a minimum prescribed percentile.

Final Admission Criteria

The final selection for admission to the MBA programme will be done by giving 50% weightage to the Personal Interaction and Caselet (Online Test Post Short-listing), 30% weightage to the entrance exam percentile and 20% to the Academics.

Documents Required for Admission Process

At the time of Personal Interaction, candidates have to bring the below-mentioned documents in their original format along with one set of photocopies.

• Mark Sheets of Class XII, Bachelor's Degree
• Identity Certificate
• CAT 2021, XAT 2022, CMAT 2022, SNAP 2021, NMAT 2021, MAT 2021 - 2022 or GRE 2021 - 2022 Scorecard
• Certificate of Equivalence for CGPA, GPA or CPI Conversion into Percentage
• Experience Certificate (If Any)
• Caste Certificate (If Applied for Reservation).

If the details provided by the candidate are found to be false at any stage, their candidature and admission will be cancelled.

Note

If candidates are not able to attend the Personal Interaction round due to unavoidable circumstances on the prescribed date, they can request the MBA Admission Office at AMSOM in writing (before the date) along with documentary evidence for their inability to attend the Personal Interaction round. The Admission Office takes appropriate decisions on such requests and its decision is binding.

Ahmedabad University MBA Eligibility Criteria 2022

• All the candidates wishing to apply for Ahmedabad University must have passed Bachelor's Degree with an aggregate of at least 50% marks while it is 45% for SC and ST candidates or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university or institute.
• The Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidates should entail a minimum of three years of studying after the completion of 10+2 or Intermediate.
• If candidates are awarded grades or CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence will be determined by the equivalence certified by the respective institution or university.
• Students of final year Bachelor's Degree can also apply but these candidates have to produce a certificate from the university or institute they have studied stating that the candidate has secured 50% marks or equivalent CGPA and 45% in case of SC and ST.
• Such candidates, if selected, will be allowed to join the MBA programme only if they submit the certificate mentioned above on the registration date notified. Students' admission will be considered if they submit their mark sheet and degree certificate before 31^st December 2022. Otherwise, their admission will be cancelled.
• Along with the educational qualification requirements, candidates wishing to apply for MBA programmes at Ahmedabad University must have appeared at CAT 2021, XAT 2022, CMAT 2022, SNAP 2021, NMAT 2021, MAT 2021 - 2022 or GRE 2021 - 2022 and should reach the cut-off prescribed by the University to become eligible.
