Step 2- To activate your registration a confirmation mail will be sent to you.

Step 3- Clicking on the link will activate your registration.

Step 4- This activation of your link will navigate you to your login page and you will have to fill in the necessary academic details.

Step 5- On completion of filling the details you will be redirected to the payment page.

NOTE: Online application for the year 2022 is stipulated Rs. 1200/-. Payment can be made via Credit/ Debit Card, Net Banking, Paytm, UPI, and other payment gateways.

Step 1- Download and print out the form available on the website of Uttaranchal University.

Step 2- Fill the form carefully, providing exact details like phone number, entrance exam details, ID etc.

Step 3- Attach the required documents along with the Demand draft.

Step 4- Pay the registration fee at the university. Fee for application is stipulated Rs. 1,200/-and a surplus amount of Rs. 50/- is charged for payment made through Credit card/ Debit card / UPI/ Internet Banking

Step 5- Once the fee is paid, submit the form and the fee at Admission Cell, Uttaranchal University Arcadia Grant

Last date to apply for the exam: Third week of May 2022. The following table highlights the important dates including online application date, last date, merit list declaration and commencement of admission.

Mandatory documents required at the time of application submission-

1. Aadhaar Card.
2. Recent Passport Size Coloured Photograph.
3. 10th/ 12th Mark Sheet.
4. Scorecard of CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT.
5. Graduation Mark Sheet, Certificate.
6. Transfer/ Migration Certificate.
7. Caste Certificate (if required)

Eligibility Criteria-

1. Candidates should possess a graduation degree in any respectable course.
2. Candidates from general category should have an acceptable score or percentile of at least 50% in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/UU entrance exam, and 45% score for SC/ST category.

Procedure for selection-

• In order to get admission into the university the candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria of obtaining marks in accordance with the current cut-off.
• Candidates can check the results on the official website via online mode. Results this year, were announced by second week of June.
• Once the results are out a merit list is prepared by the university for candidates who are eligible based on CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT score/ percentile. 
• NOTE: Candidates can access the merit list issued on the website by logging into their account via their credentials.
• Selection procedure to Uttaranchal university is solely based on an integrated assessment of entrance examination marks, and academic records.
• Once you are selected in the merit list, candidate are required to appear in an interview round.

Relaxation/State quota-

40% of the total seats are reserved under the state quota for candidates in Uttarakhand.  In case the allotted percentage of seats of State Quota remains vacant, it will be filled by All India students.

For Uttarakhand quota- The total fee for MBA is Rs. 2,11,316/- under the Uttarakhand quota. The detailed fee structure is given below.

For all India quota- The total fee for MBA under all India quota is Rs. 2,31,362/-. Table below shows a detailed description of the yearly fee structure.

The fee needs to be paid once you are selected in the interview round and the final list of selected students is out.

Hostel fees (including laundry, mess, and security fees) -

Single bed: Rs. 1,20,000/-

Double bed: Rs. 1,20,000 /-

Triple bed: Rs. 92,000 /-

Four bed: Rs. 87,000 /-

Scholarships-

Eligibility criteria to avail the scholarship-

1. All subjects under the qualifying exam should be passed by the candidate in the first attempt.
2. The scholarship can be availed in the first year only, no scholarship will be provided in the subsequent years.
3. No rounding off of the CGPA is permitted, for example a score 08.99 will be considered 08.99 only and not 09.00.
