PES University Management Courses
PES University offers a varied selection of courses including the renowned management courses. The university offers Graduate students a two-year MBA course and also has an Executive MBA course spread over five semesters. The total intake for MBA is 410 and for the latter it is 40. In India, this university offers specialisation in HR, Marketing and Finance.
To get themselves enrolled in either of these courses, students have to earn good points in their CAT/MAT/CMAT or PESSAT, which is a test conducted by the university itself. PES University was ranked 5th by Outlook-ICARE India University Rankings in 2020 and was the only university to rank in the top 30 in the state of Karnataka.
Admission Procedure
To get admission in PES University, the students have to visit the official university websitehttps://www.pessat.com/ and register themselves for their course. The registrations are done only in online mode. Upon registering, an application fee of INR 1050 has to be made and the payment would be online. The last date to register for students outside Bengaluru is July, 2022. The documents which would be submitted while applying include the following:

Selection Procedure
The selection process for PES University require students to have good marks in their CAT/MAT/CMAT or PESSAT.
People's Education Society Scholastic Aptitude Test or PESSAT, is conducted by PES University itself and makes the students eligible for admission in various courses including MBA offered by the university. Under PESSAT, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their scores which is followed by an interview. It is a three-hour exam of 180 marks. The table below elucidates the exam pattern:

Fees Details
The course fee for MBA is INR 5,00,000 per annum. The total fees for four semesters spread over two years is INR 1,00,000. The payments can be made through the following methods:

Eligibility Criteria
For this course, PES University requires its student to have at-least 50% in Bachelor’s degree from any recognised University. Test Scores in PESSAT, PGCET, MAT (if above 500 composite score)/ CAT (if above 50th percentile)/ CMAT (if above 50th percentile), GRE are also accepted.
The last date to apply for MBA in PES University is July 2022.

Scholarships
PES University offers a series of different scholarships for students applying from different backgrounds as well as for students who show interest in teaching and research. The various scholarships offered by the university include:
- Corporate Scholarships: Many corporates offer scholarships for the students in the final year of their education by recognising their merit. A student will get a tuition fee waiver of 40% for the next academic year of study if they are among the top 20% in their section in terms of CGPA for a particular academic year.
- Teaching Assistantships: Students who show proven acumen towards teaching would be compensated by assisting their professors in teaching the students.
- Rural Scholarships: PES University offers free engineering education for select number of students coming from rural background every year.
