Devi Ahilya VishwaVidyalaya (DAVV) previously known as Indore University was established in 1964 as a state University. Then, Vice-President of India, Dr Zakir Hussain inaugurated the University. Its jurisdiction was restricted to Indore initially and extended later to the seven tribal dominated-districts of the Indore division. It is the only University in Madhya Pradesh to be accredited with an A+ Grade by NAAC. It strives to emerge as a premier higher learning institute by advancing, creating and disseminating knowledge through value-imbued education.

DAVV Indore MBA Application Process

Candidates have to apply and appear for the CUET PG exam conducted by the NTA to secure admission to the MBA programme at DAVV Indore. The steps that candidates have to complete for filling up the form for the CUET exam are given below.

Step 1 - Registration Form

• Candidates have to register for the online application form and note down the system-generated application number.
• While filling up the application form, candidates are required to enter all the details and create a password and a security question.
• An application number gets generated after the successful submission of the personal details and it will be used for completing further steps involved in filling out the application form.

Step 2 - Application Form

• Candidates have to log in using the system-generated application number and already created password to complete the application form filling including the personal information, applying paper, exam city, educational qualification details and uploading the necessary documents.
• Candidates have to upload scanned images of the photograph and signature in JPEG/JPG format.

Step 3 - Fee Payment

• After completing the Step 1 and 2 of the CUET registration process, candidates have to pay the said examination fee.
• The exam fee can be paid online only using Net Banking, UPI Services, and Credit/Debit Card. In addition to the exam fee, processing fee and GST will be charged frohe the students.
• The confirmation page for the CUET online application form will appear only after the successful completion of the fee paid by the candidates.
• Candidates are advised to download and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

DAVV Indore MBA Selection Process

The seats for the MBA programme will be allocated to the candidates based on merit in the entrance exam conducted by the University.

• Candidates will be selected for admission to the MBA programme based on admission criteria, eligibility, medical fitness, rank in the merit list, document verification and any other criteria as prescribed by the DAVV, Indore.
• Merely applying and appearing for the CUET PG exam does not confer any right to the candidate for admission to the DAVV Indore.
• After the declaration of the result by the NTA, the DAVV Indore will declare the counselling/admission schedule and a merit list based on the CUET score and other criteria of the University (If followed).

CUET

• The CUET exam is a computer-based test conducted by the NTA for the selection of candidates for the PG programmes at different universities.
• The CUET PG exam will be conducted in English and Hindi languages for 100 marks.
• It contains questions from different sections like Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability.
• Every question of the CUET PG exam carries 4 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

DAVV Indore MBA Fee Structure

The total fee for MBA (Foreign Trade) for two years at DAVV Indore is Rs. 1,28,422 for boys. The fee structure for various MBA programmes for boys and girls is given below.

Note

• In the first semester, Rs. 4,000/- caution deposit and Rs. 500/- alumni fee will be charged.
• For PIO/FN/NRI Students, a fee of USD 3500 per annum should be charged.
• The hostel and library fees will be extra and are not included in the fee mentioned above.

DAVV Indore MBA Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility requirements for all the MBA programmes offered by the DAVV are given below.

• All the students must have completed their Bachelor's Degree with an aggregate of at least 50% marks or its equivalent grade (45% for SC/ST/Differently Abled Students) from a recognized university or institute.
• Candidates who have appeared for the final year examinations of the Bachelor's Degree can also apply. On selection, the admission of these candidates will be finalized if the results get declared before 14^th August in the admission year and students must secure the prescribed percentage.

Note

• Mathematics at 10+2 or higher secondary level is a must for MBA (Business Analytics).
• For MBA (Hospital Administration), candidates must have completed their BDS, B.Sc (Nursing), B.Pharm, BBA (HA), MBBS or other medical degrees with equivalent tenure as MBBS and 1-year internship from a recognized university. The percentage requirements are the same as mentioned above for this programme as well.
