Osmania University is a public state university founded by and named after Mir Osman Ali Khan, Nizam of Hyderabad in 1918. It is the one of the oldest universities in Southern India, and is the first one to be established in the erstwhile kingdom of Hyderabad. Osmania University MBA Application Process 2022
Candidates have to apply for the TS ICET exam to get admission to the MBA programme at Osmania University. The application process for MBA admission involves the following steps.
Step 1 - Registration
- Go through the official website of the TS ICET 2022 - https://icet.tsche.ac.in/.
- Click on the "Application Fee Payment" tab on the homepage of the TS ICET.
- Now, register with the information such as name, hall ticket number of the qualifying exam, email ID, date of birth and mobile number.
- Pay the application fee for the exam through credit/debit card or net banking.
Step 2 - Fill out the TS ICET Application Form
- After completing the fee payment, click on the "Fill out the Application Form" tab.
- Complete the filling of the application form with personal and academic details.
Step 3 - Upload Necessary Documents in the TS ICET Application Form
- After filling in all the information in the application form, you will be directed to the documents upload page where you have to upload scanned images of passport-size photographs and signatures.
Step 4 - Preview and Submit the Form
- Press the preview tab and carefully verify all the information you have entered in the application form.
- Now, click on the "Confirm and Submit" button if all the information you have mentioned is correct.
- After the successful submission of the application form, the registration ID and barcode will be generated.
- Take a printout of the submitted TS ICET application form for further reference.

Process 2022
The selection process for MBA and MBA Tech Management is almost similar.
- Candidates are required to appear for the State-wide Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) to secure admission to the MBA programme at Osmania University.

Educational Qualification
- All the candidates must have passed a recognized Bachelor's Degree such as BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, BCA or any 3 or 4 years degree except oriental languages with an aggregate of 50% while it is 45% for the candidates of reserved categories.
- Candidates appearing for the final year examinations of Graduation can also take the TS ICET exam to secure a seat at Osmania University for the MBA programme.
- The qualifying degree obtained from the Distance Mode Program or Open Distance Learning must have recognition by the Joint Committee of the AICTE, UGC and DEB/DEC as per the regulations of UGC 2013.

- Candidates should have completed Bachelor's Degree from Osmania University or a degree recognized by the university as thereto with an aggregate of 45% marks while pass marks are enough for SC/ST candidates.
- Also, candidates seeking admission to the MBA Tech Management programme must qualify for the ICET entrance examination conducted by Telangana.
Sponsored Category (For Employees)
- Apart from the above-mentioned qualifying degree, candidates are also required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Managerial, Administrative, Supervisory or Executive positions in a Government, Industrial, Commercial or Non-commercial undertaking after obtaining the Bachelor's Degree.
- Candidates applying under sponsored category need not appear for TS ICET and the selection will be done based on the criteria mentioned below in tabular format.
