Presidency University, founded in 2013, is a world-class university situated in Bengaluru. It is ranked seventh overall out of 200 top colleges in India. It offers MBA course which is a full-time program of total 2 years. It also offers “dual specialization” in various different branches including Logistics & Chain supply management. The total intake is 240. The curriculum is broken up into interactive lectures, pedagogy, assessments, and various assignments that have been carefully chosen by the faculty. Admissions for the class of 2022–2023 are now open.

Application Procedure

The application procedure is done online. Candidates need to visit their official website for registration and application form. Before applying, candidates should meet the eligibility requirements which include Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% overall or an equivalent CGPA (45% in the case of candidates from reserved categories). Apart from graduation scores, a high score in entrance examinations such as CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/KMAT/TANCET is also required. Students in their final year of graduation can also apply to the program.

Selection Procedure

Candidates are selected based on their academic merit. In addition to, entrance examination scores also matter. Mostly, K-MAT scores are preferred. In total, KMAT consists of 120 MCQs of 1 mark each in three parts. Each part has 40 questions. The sections include Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability and Logical Reasoning. The test is moderately difficult and takes about two hours to complete across 10 test centers in the state. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

The application form and qualification will be reviewed and candidates may be called in for Written Ability Test (WAT) which is a pen-paper based test of 15-30 minutes, Group Discussions & PI rounds.

Finally, selected candidates can further proceed to payment of fees.

Fees Structure

For Indian students, total fees come upto ?6,00,000/- . No capitation fee is required to be paid.

PGs are also available for students. Cost of it is not included.

Miscellaneous cost is excluded from above calculations.
