ITM University, Raipur is a private university established by ITM Society Raipur. The university has engineering, management, law, applied science and IT departments. It is spread over 2.3 acres and has 20 AC classrooms. The university offer UG, PG and doctorate level programs. The university also has excellent placements facility. Companies like BARCLAYS, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Jindal Group, BNP Paribas visit the university for recruitment regularly. The university does not offer any specific scholarship but the loan facility is available to all students. The university is approved by UGC and Bar council of India.
Application and Admission Procedure
Admission Procedure
The university offers various UG and PG courses to the students. Eligible candidates need to seure a name in the meirt list prepared by V.P.P Mandal, Raipur for admission to B.tech courses. Diploma holders shall be directly admitted in the second year of B.tech. and ned not appear for the CET.
PG aspirants need to qualify any of the exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, GATE, State CET or GMAT.
Both channels of online and offline applications are open for candiates. They can choose eithe of them to apply.
Online process:
The candidate is required to register on the university’s website and fill in the application form with authentic details. Post uploading the documents the application can be submitted along with a Rs.1000/- payment done thought netbanking/ debit/ credit card.
Offline Process:
The candidate may download the application form for free from the offical website or buy it from the University office by paying in cash or DD in favour of ‘ITM University’ payable at Gwalior of Rs.1000/-. The filled application form can then be sent to the university for the due admission process.
Hostel and Facilities
The University covers a land area of 2.3 acres. The campus is a bit small but provides a lot of facilities and amenities. It has a library with ample number of books. ITM provides bus facilities to its students living within the city.
There are separate hostels for both girls and boys, the hostels are present in the same building as the campus which connects the hostlers easily with classrooms. There is proper mess facility available for hostel students, they have 24 hours Wi-Fi connection available for the students to access internet easily.
The University organizes events and activities for the students to enhance their talents and skills. There is also a moot court for law students. There are different clubs formed by the students like sports club, cultural club and tech club who organize different events for their fields and keep the students motivated and entertained. There are annual fests organized every year which helps the college to bond with other colleges as well.

Eligibility
1) 3 year Law Degree Course - A candidate who has graduated in any discipline from a recognized University can appear for L.L.B. course
2) Integrated Degree Program - Candidate must have passed 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam or an exam cosidered to be equivalnt to 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam can enrol for integrated degree program (LLB and a first degree in any other subject).
Candidates who have obtained 10+2 Higher secondary exam certificate or a graduate degree after taking up other courses through distance mode are also considered eligible for integrated degree course. But those candidates who have obtained 10+2 Higher secondary exam certificate or a graduate degree through distance mode or from open universities without any basic qualification are not eligible for admission into law courses.
Minimum marks for admission into law courses -
1) 40% for SC/ST candidates
2) 45% for other candidates

Good infrastructure and the classes are a quite big canteen too and there is garden for greenery and fresh environment. The management and engineering have separate buildings and have good spacious for event and sports but they don't give attention in sports event much.
Academics
The college maintains a good environment during exams session which enables student to concentrate on their exams very well and every classes have faculties so that they fulfill the demand and doubts of the students
Internships
Yes they provide internship to every student who want to do, it has tie ups with a few companies with who you can intern.
Loans and Scholarships
Yes our college provide scholarship to brilliant students who score good marks in their academic session they also provide scholarship to fresher's on the basis of the result of there high schools ( class 10 and 12 ) they give around 40 % concession in scholarship
Remarks
Overall the facilities provided by the college are great. There are some pros and cons of every college but i think in this case the pros of the college are hgreater than the cons
Entrance Exam
I got admitted into the college directly. I did not had to give any entrace test. Though some of my frinds were still called for a short interview which was too very easy to crack. I chose this college as it is one of the best and also provided my favourite stream.
Fees
The fee of the college was manageable for but i cannot speak for everybody. I do not belong to a very rich family and even for me the fee was affordable.
Placements
Good communication skills always come handy when you appear for job interviews. Some students also chose to go for off campus jobs and got placed well so that is also a job option you can explore. The average placement was around 3-5 lakhs and the salary depends on the company and the designation for which you are hired.
Hostel and Facilities
I don't know much about hostel all I know is that living facility is Normal and mess food is not that good for hostlers but it is near college and hostlers don't need transport facility is the advantage for them saves times and money hostlers fees are quite expensive.

I also got an opportunity to meet some of them and they were very supportive and guided me through what career options i have in front of me
Faculty
Teachers here are very caring and treat you just like their own child literally. They are frank and joke around us but thats not all they are also strict when it comes to academics and even scold you.
Campus Life
The campus life is lively and full of activities. There is something or the other happening in the college all the time. All the festivities and occasions are celebrated at the university.
Academics
The college offers a month long internship with NGOs like CRY, TCS, IOCL and many others. Besides that, there are many other initiatives taken by the university.
Internships
There are many scholarship schemes available at the college. It depends from course to course. The scholarship schemes are available for all different backgrounds and kinds of students. However, the candidate should pass each year with no repeat.
