Lakshmi Narain College Of Technology (LNCT) Indore

Lakshmi Narain College of Technology (LNCT) was established by dual funding from the state government of Madhya Pradesh and Government of India. It was formed in 1994 and founded by the Kalchuri Contractors Ltd.

The college has been affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal. Various other constituents were also formed as a subsidiary to it in 2004. All the courses offered in this institute are approved by All India Council for Technical Education.

LNCT campus Indore was formed in 2004 with serene environment and state of the art facilities and advanced infrastructure. Indore campus has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with Grade B, score 2.61.

The courses offered in this college are B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech and MBA.

Application and Admission Procedure

How to Apply

The application process to the college is offline.

Candidates need to visit the official site of the university and get the admission form downloaded and printed. They can also get the form from the college itself.

Candidates need to fill in the form correctly and submit it to the college office. The copies following documents need to be attached with the form:

• 10th , 12th boards mark sheet and other transcripts as may be applicable
• Domicile certificate
• Identity proof preferably in the form of aadhaar card
• Score card of entrance exam
• Passport size photographs
• Reservation and medical certificate if applicable
• Annual Income certificate of parents
• Migration, character certificates from the institution last attended

Admission Procedure

Admission to the BE courses will be based on the performance of the candidate in the JEE-Main/ MPPET exam followed by a round of personal interview and for M.Tech, the score of the candidate in GATE is taken into account followed by group discussion and personal interview.

For MBA, the score of the candidate in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT is taken into account. Selection for MCA is based on the performance of the candidate in MP Pre-MCA entrance exam.

Hostel and Facilities

Laxmi Narain College of Technology has two hostels which provide accommodation to its students. Both the hostels are located in the main campus of the institute. The rooms are of good quality, well ventilated and well furnished.

The university hostel provides its students with the following facilities:

The meals provided to the students are Veg and hygienic.

Since the allotment to the hostel is done on the basis of first come first serve, so the students are instructed to fill the hostel application form as soon as getting enrolled in the university.

There are few rules of the hostels which the students need to follow or the authorities have the power to rusticate the students. The hostel is surrounded by 24*7 security facility to ensure the safety of the students living in the campus.
